EDIT to add I was not the one to receive care — i came to this location with my partner who was receiving care. i have been doing a lot of back and forth calling on behalf of them while they’re sick.
i really wanted to like this place as the facility was clean and the staff and doctor were kind, but good lord it’s like pulling teeth to have this place do their job.
it has taken over 24 hours for them to send over a prescription. we’d call the pharmacy and they tell us they don’t have it. we call the urgent care back, they say it’s the pharmacy’s problem and we need to talk to them. for this urgent care to pass us back and forth while we are super sick is so inconsiderate and honestly just lazy.
we were also told that a PCR covid test would have results for us within 24 hours and now we’re being told we’ll receive it in 48. overall there is a lot of conflicting and inaccurate (and unhelpful) information coming from this urgent care. it comes across as not actually caring for patients; i’d argue it’s borderline medical negligence. i am really struggling to understand why it’s so hard to send over a prescription.

Always a pleasure to visit for any health concerns or for a routine check up. Staff are really nice and they keep the office and patients room clean and with new supplies.

This was one of the best doctors office experiences I’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot. I’ve lived in several different states with varying degrees of healthcare and this office was super helpful, prompt. The nurses were so kind, they made me feel heard & seen. I was almost in tears from how positive the experience was. 10/10 recommend and I will be sticking with them for my primary care needs!

the provider was one of the best i've experienced. So warm and helpful, really listened to me and I felt heard and seen. After so many negative experiences with urgent care I was nervous to go but now that I know this place exists I will come back even if I move. So rare to find doctors who will give us time and attention anymore.
