Can't even call it "Customer Service", what a complete joke.
I knew going into this that it wasn't a formal health care plan, that is not my issue. Their complete and utter lack of customer service, kindness, follow through and consideration is the issue. Each time I call, I get a completely different answer from the person I spoke with prior. One employee had the audacity to tell me I was just wrong and no other employee would tell me what I had been told. Just rude, rude, RUDE. I've been in benefits administration my whole life and have had to deal with some frustrating situations but this company has taken the cake. They owe me money, their own payment history shows as such but I keep getting told they don't see my additional payment and will have to expedite the issue. When I ask about an expected response time, they tell me they cannot give me one. This is asinine. Math isn't this hard, their deflection is intentional and completely unprofessional. I reached out to my agent, maybe he can make magic happen. I most definitely will NOT be renewing these policies come open-enrollment.
