Tort violation A misrepresentation of service. My card literally has the word "insurance", but company does not provide insurance coverage. For example, does not cover annual checkups and vaccines, a basic preventive service of a health insurance plan.

Can't even call it "Customer Service", what a complete joke. I knew going into this that it wasn't a formal health care plan, that is not my issue. Their complete and utter lack of customer service, kindness, follow through and consideration is the issue. Each time I call, I get a completely different answer from the person I spoke with prior. One employee had the audacity to tell me I was just wrong and no other employee would tell me what I had been told. Just rude, rude, RUDE. I've been in benefits administration my whole life and have had to deal with some frustrating situations but this company has taken the cake. They owe me money, their own payment history shows as such but I keep getting told they don't see my additional payment and will have to expedite the issue. When I ask about an expected response time, they tell me they cannot give me one. This is asinine. Math isn't this hard, their deflection is intentional and completely unprofessional. I reached out to my agent, maybe he can make magic happen. I most definitely will NOT be renewing these policies come open-enrollment.

Scam Artists ALL The Way This company is a scam. They are not comprehensive health insurance. They use misleading and deceptive tactics to sign people up for bundled indemnity policies to MIMIC a comprehensive plan. These policies are limited coverage short term plans that they can extend for longer due to deregulation of health insurance. They purposefully ignore customers questions, give inaccurate answers, and use every tactic possible to NOT pay a claim. They are NOT ACA compliant and they are not BBB.org certified. They were found out having employees leaving fake positive reviews and lost their BBB certification. They don't cover things like autism, maternity/labor, and mental health. They will only pay a lump sum for procedures. You will be limited to how many doctor and specialist visits you can make in a year and there is a waiting period for some chronic issues. For example, if they cover a condition like chronic asthma, you will have to wait a year before you can be treated. Many people give up after trying to contact them and fight the claims. This is exactly what they want. If you have been or are having issues like the many, many, many other people that you can read about on other review platforms. REPORT THEM TO YOUR STATE INSURANCE COMMISSION. They are not regulated by the federal government.
