Laguna urgent care took care of me so well when I came down with an illness during my trip! The wait wasn’t long at all and everyone here at the front desk, nurses and doctors are very knowledgeable and empathetic. They really respect patients and the price is reasonable. They sent my prescription for antibiotics over to Bushard’s and everything felt easy. Would highly recommend and come back if I’m in town in the future!

I didn't expect a quick care place to be this good. Honestly wasn't too picky since I just needed to be seen and they got me in fast without a huge wait. The doctor actually listened and didnt rush me which was a huge suprise, makes a big difference when your not feeling great. Only minor thing is the parking lot is kinda tight but thats not really thier fault.

I have been to many emergency rooms and urgent care facilities. I have to say Laguna Urgent care has been the most knowledgeable, friendly and helpful because of the staff and Dr Amila Nissanka.

I would give this urgent care visit zero stars if I could. We came in because of a painful beach sting, but instead of showing empathy and professionalism, the experience was very upsetting. They struggled to verify my insurance for about 45 minutes and assumed my insurance card was a travel insurance card for no clear reason. While we were in pain and worried, staff members kept laughing, which felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, especially in front of my daughter. In the end, they were able to find the insurance in another portal, but they claimed we should pay copay higher than everwhere! Shame on you!

Took my friend's son here from out of the country. Her little boy unfortunately got second degree burns from hot coffee on their plane ride over. He was rushed to an emergency hospital in LA where he was treated, but something still did not feel right. We met the kind doctor here a few days later and he immediately took the right steps to fix the burn. He also let us know that the original wrapping from the hospital had not been done correctly. Later, when my friend returned home, the children's hospital there confirmed that he had given all the correct treatment and wrapped everything perfectly. Thank God we went to see him, because the burn would not have healed as well without his care. He has wonderful bedside manner, is amazing with kids, and genuinely cares for his patients. He also takes great pride in keeping a clean, thoughtful, and welcoming practice. Highly recommend.

Excellent urgent care facility. Have used it multiple times for myself and family members. Always get first class service. My wife and I trust the staff and doctors. Had to visit today to have a wound stitched up. The on call doctor Thurston and the tech took care of the gash in short order and thought my half hearted steristrip idea was very funny. 10 sutures later, I was properly put back together. Glad to have this place available when it's needed.

I was visiting Laguna for the summer when an unexpected health issue came up, and I’m so glad I found this urgent care. They saw me right away and made the whole process seamless. Dr. Nissanka was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, and the nurse was also amazing—both made me feel comfortable and well cared for. What impressed me most was that they didn’t just treat me in the moment, but continued to follow up with me throughout the week to make sure I was doing okay. I truly couldn’t have been in better hands and I’m so grateful for the care I received here.

Modern, authentic and straightforward medical appointment. First time for me. I met both Dr. Nissanka and Dr. Thurston today. Labor Day weekend, Saturday about 4 PM for an ear infection I couldn't seem to shake.... I knew I needed to see a doctor or run the risk of a deeper infection. Long story, short, I saw Dr. Thurston, which was a great experience...she prescribed me a prescription that I went to get, but unfortunately CVS dropped the ball and didn't fulfill it. Then closed their doors. I was so disappointed. I called in after hours and Dr. Nissanka personally drove back to the medical office and fulfilled my prescription... he was 30 minutes away and mind you this was a Saturday evening. They are the real deal and I'm personally extremely satisfied with my experience here. They cared...even for a first time patient. Don't hesitate to go here.

My son and I are in Laguna Beach for vacation and I felt like I was getting sick and in the middle of the night it took a horrible turn. We went to Laguna Beach Urgent Care which was so close and convenient. Very professional staff, the nurse made me feel better right away by saying they would get me all fixed up. When the NP came in she was very nice and performed all of the tests I hoped she would, it was very apparent she was excellent at what she does, so that gave peace of mind. She wrote my prescriptions to Bushards pharmacy a few minutes walk and that was an exceptionally great experience also! If you have a medical issue whether you're out of town or live there I highly recommend them!!

I visited Laguna Urgent Care and saw Dr. Nissanka who is a wonderful physician. I received great care from him and appreciated the Concierge level of care I received.
