When i first called into the showroom everything was made clear to me what would happen going forward.A date was arranged to visit my home was on the time and date as arranged.During the visit everything was noted and talked about including building regulations and what was included in the quotes The quotation was sent by email within a few day and when i agreed the price and paid the deposit Urban contacted me for a date for installation was agreed On the morning of installation the two fitters arrived on time set up with dust sheets and got on with the work a very neat and tidy My experience from start to finish was very good everything and everyone who i dealt with was very professional and everybody new there jobs not problem from start to finish and would use them again and recommend Urban to friends and family Kind Regard David Marshall

Amazing service from start to finish from Urban Windows. Preferred to use a local company rather than the big companies as if there are any problems (which there isn’t) Urban will deal with it quickly and efficiently, in a friendly manner rather than brushing you off. Can’t speak highly enough this company.

We had double glazing replaced which was 20 years old. The work took a week as we had a veranda fitted as well by their sister company. Because we believe in hiring local businesses to complete work Urban was the first name in the frame. Any snags we had were completed very quickly and to our satisfaction.

Adrian was great and understood our requirements. We visited the showroom and where able to see the products we were considering which was great. My wife and I decided to have a warm roof fitted to our conservatory and asked Urban to carry out this work. From roof demolition, roof replacement, electrical work and dealing with the heating , all was carried out to our complete satisfaction. Our praise goes to the lads who carried out the installation for their hard work which was to a high standard, and are a credit to Urban Conservatories. We have to wait to later in the year to see if it was worthy of all the work done, but the appearance is great.

We recently had 3 windows and a new front door fitted by Urban Windows. The experience from initial enquiry to completion was great. It was so refreshing not to be greeted with the usual sales pitch, but friendly helpful guidance and expert advice from Adrian, discussing the product options and process. The costumer service all the way through has been excellent and attentive. We at extremely happy with with windows and door we chose and quality of the fitting at a very competing price. We would not hesitate to recommend Urban Windows for an investment is this import.

We were looking for a new patio door and window for our in-progress loft conversion, and having done our research decided we wanted some 'in-window' blinds. Turns out they aren't that common, so reached out to a number of potential suppliers. Urban Windows were the only ones to respond quickly, fully and made us comfortable from the start. Prices were good, and they worked with us and the loft installers to deliver and fit on a day that suited us. Was a challenging fit, as the loft installers hadn't removed a brace correctly, so the hole wasn't the right size, but got that sorted and the door and window (which were exactly the right size) were fitted that day. Very happy with the result, and the blinds look great. Door locks are top-notch. When the loft conversion is done, and savings re-filled, we plan to replace some other aging windows, so will be coming to Urban again.

The team at Urban Windows were everything you could wish for from the first appointment to fitting. Great office staff for support and very hardworking fitters provided an excellent finish. Would happily use again.

5 star work, but 2 out of 3 visits to their company left hanging about because of there being no receptionist, but nothing to stop us from recommending them. First class work.

Excellent product and price and the service was outstanding. I called into the showroom in Clay Cross to have a look at their product range and to see what their time frame was to get 2 windows made. I dealt with Billy and he talked me through the different window types, openings and legal requirements etc. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and not at all pushy. I decided straight away to buy from him but explained my situation and that I really needed them urgently for my Dad. I fully expected it to take weeks as I know how busy all the trades are at the moment and some places aren't even interested with the small jobs. Billy didn't make any promises but said that he would do his 'very best' to have them to me by the end of the following week. He called and emailed over the few days to keep me in the loop with time frames and sure enough I got a call the next Thursday to say they were ready. They were delivered first thing the Friday morning exactly when he said they would be. I only spoke briefly with 3 other staff members besides Billy but each one was equally as helpful and friendly and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

What a great company. How refreshing to have such lovely people enjoying their jobs. From start to finish I've been well informed about the installation. The fitters arrived on time and totally respectful of our home.They did a brilliant job with such attention to detail. My door and windows look fab. I'm so pleased with the quality.
