Working with Ron is easy. He's professional and friendly and good to work with. This is the second time he's done out taxes and we plan on staying with him in the future. Very fast too, we had a meeting on Thursday and by the next Tuesday he had our taxes done and ready to file.

Horrible customer service These reviews have to be fake and from some of his friends from other countries (look at the names) this guy doesn't answer the phone. You have been warned, he is a nice guy but once you're not in his office, you can't reach him. My wife and I are not satisfied with his customer service at all!

Ron is not answering the phone or emails, This is so frustrating for the regular clients.we tried to set up a meeting or a phone call but unfortunately no answer. We used him last year and he did a good job but we’re not happy with his attitude of ignoring us this year.

Ron is a trusted and excellent tax consultant. This is the second year I have worked with Ron on my taxes. The first year, I missed my tax deadline. I reached out to Ron last minute, to my surprise he’s able to file an extension for me and prevented me from having to pay a penalty. From then on I’m looking forward to work with him every year to get my taxes filed.
