The food was just awful. Some of the food was cold, and all of it was bad. Tortillas were stale, beans were cold, pork tasted like it was left over from the weekend. While we didn't get food poisoning, our stomachs did not sit right the next day. Everything was terrible except for the service, which was great; friendly and attentive at all times. I was here a year ago a day had a great meal, but that was then. At $8 for a taco, plus credit card surcharge, plus tax, plus tip....there is no excuse.
On a previous visit, the owner seemed genuinely interested in providing great customer service; however, my recent visit felt completely unprofessional and borderline deliberate sabotage of my patronage.
The food was terrible, and it looked like leftovers from a previous customer had been reheated.
The male bartender deliberately chose to ignore doing his job and providing service while just standing around and doing nothing.
As other reviews have similar complaints, I do not recommend this place.
I had a to go order. Nachos would have been ok if the chips were not all completely stale. The chicken quesadilla was sitting in a puddle of oil, every single piece was saturated in oil on the bottom it was absolutely disgusting. The oil was pooling in the bottom of the box. I understand it’s a quesadilla and might be greasy but I have never seen anything like this, where the whole thing was saturated in pure oil. Took two bites and had to throw it out. Waste of money.
We came for tacos & got them & more! We got there right as happy hour was ending but based on how gross the margaritas were we didn’t miss anything.
The highlight are the sauces that they pair with each item, allllll of them are great! Overall the food was good, the chicken could’ve had a little more flavor but it was good. The service got better as the dinner went on, with them bringing walk & beverage refills without asking for more.
This would be a great spot for a date night or family dinner. Portions are very filling and tacos are LOADED!
