Recently had a new bathroom put in. Sam and his team were exceptional from beginning to end. Throughout the whole process Sam, Rocco, Johnny and Cameron were very professional and efficient, making sure we were happy and satisfied. Following the recommendation from my parents' ensuite bathroom being renovated, I reached out to Sam. I can't recommend this company enough, the entire team completed x2 bathrooms for my upstairs property with extreme care. Initially the cause of my bathrooms was due to failed waterproofing that had been leaking downstairs for a number of years, we immediately trusted Sam's years of building knowledge to repair and recommend soultions. I also felt comfortable leaving my house keys and dog at home while the crew was working.

I can't recommend the whole team enough - Sam, Rocco, Johnny and Cameron. Reading a lot of online reviews you never know if they will match up in reality, however this business truly does. From the moment, I called Sam I knew this was the guy to renovate our 30yr old ensuite bathroom that had multiple water damage issues. My hesitations especially being a pensioner trying to obtain a quote from an honest tradesperson were put to ease very quickly. We also had no hesitation in leaving our house keys to his team as they truly care about your property and no request was ever too much. In summary we're very happy with the end result. John

Sam and Ray did a brilliant job on our existing rangehood cabinate. Increasing the distance between the gas burners and the rangehood from 600 to 650mm can be tricky but not for these guys! 100% professional! Highly recommended!

I cannot speak more highly of Upgrade Bathrooms. Sam and his team - Rocco, Johnny and Cameron were fantastic in the way that they went about their work. All aspects of the reno were explained clearly to us. It was a pleasure to have guys working in our home. They were friendly and considerate, always turned up on time and at the end of each day their clean up was immaculate. Sam and his team did a full bathroom renovation for me. I was impressed by the time Sam took to explain the job to me and give me advice. I was really happy with the quote. From start to finish Sam kept me informed. Their workmanship is excellent. Sam went above and beyond to help me. Both Sam and his team are polite, trustworthy and punctual. I cannot thank Sam and his team enough. I never recommend people unless I fully believe they deserve it. Upgrade Bathrooms certainly deserve it. Even when problems arose ( due to the quality of the apartment block) they came up with solutions and consulted every step of the way. The had everything completed in just over 2 weeks! I found Sam’s number off google back in July looking to renovate our bathroom and fix a water leak in our ensuite. He saw the issue we were having and even encouraged us to get other quotes and gave us tips on what to make sure other quoters did not skip out on due to the nature of our damage and our terrible experiences in the past. We called Sam late September with an October deadline and he was already booked out for the year!! He really did us a solid and squeezed us in between other jobs and ensured we were fully aware of the end to end process. His team finished our bathroom within a week and everything looks amazing! He checked in during the process and the team showed us everything happening as well as double checking where we wanted things. Can’t commend this business enough. Top bloke with a top team🙌🏽

Sam and his team renovated our main bathroom in 1995 so when we wanted our ensuite renovated in June we were so pleased to see that the business was still going. Nothing has changed, still a friendly professional business. One week and they were finished. Rocko, Cameron and John were so friendly and Sam came every morning to see how the job was going. The last photo is the renovation Sam and his team did 28 years ago. I still love it. The tiler, Abs and his partner did a wonderful job, even though he is a sub contractor, he still has the same professional and friendly attitude. On the first day the team introduced themselves to us and explained what they were going to do that day. Each day we were told what was happening. It was actually a pity when they were finished. I have been and will continue to recommend Upgrade Bathrooms to anyone who is thinking of renovating anything in their home. Thank you all for a great job.

Sam and his team are amazing. From the initial visit by Sam to our home for a quote, to meeting Sam at ATS to choose all the fixtures and tiles etc, it was a great experience all round. Sam made us feel at ease through the whole process and answered any questions I had about the renovation so that I understood everything and treats you like a member of his family. His team are very skilled, considerate and clean up after they are done like it was their own house. They told me what was happening each day the whole way through and always turned up on time. Now that my bathroom renovation is complete, Sam is now coming back to do my laundry and second toilet renovation. I would highly recommend Sam and his wonderful team to everybody as they go that extra step to make the renovation process as smooth as possible and guide you along the way.
