Our Twin Falls rental property has been in the hands of Lezamiz for several years while we’ve lived out of town. They’ve been consistent with inspections and recommendations. They’ve been responsive to us and our tenant. Their recommendations and repairs have been conservative and fiscally sound. Their advice shows an awareness of current housing trends and market in Twin Falls. We have received excellent value and service as a client. We are now preparing to sell our property and are happy to be able to work with them on that transaction as well.
