Great experience and knowledgeable great customer service, I recently moved house and was needing packaging Billy advised me on all the different boxes this helped massively as they have a box for everything (all shapes sizes and weights), Actually enjoyed packing the house when you have the correct stuff for the job it helps boxes tape and bubble wrap, Billy is definitely an asset to the team made me feel at ease good knowledge helped me with what I needed and had decent banter, Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.

His expertise helped me get just what you needed he was polite & friendly flowing with conversation and confidence legend. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic customer service here last week. I called up with a retail request for a long box to ship a pair of skis, after being told by multiple other companies that it wasn't a standard size so they couldn't help. In contrast, David couldn't have been more helpful, and although they didn't have the ideal size of box managed to come up with a solution of two custom fit boxes put together and sorted plenty of pallet wrap and packing tape, which worked brilliantly. Extra impressed when I arrived at their reception to pick it all up, not a single person walked past without asking if I was being seen to first. Well done all at UPAC.

I have used several packaging companies over the past 10 years and at last have found a company whose service has been outstanding. They hold stock for me as my space is tight and keep me informed of stock they are holding to ensure i dont run low. Can highly recommend UPAC. Billy and Alison are particularly helpful.
