I ordered the Nimbus Oracle 27.5 unicycle from the UK for my 62nd birthday. It arrived at my home in Alberta, Canada a few days later. Assistance from their staff was excellent. This is the ultimate unicycle for cross-country over hilly terrain and rough ground. It's fast and comfortable with the large wide wheel. I usually cruise about 7 km on it. The seat is extremely comfortable on long rides. Light pressure on the brake helps a lot on steep descents. I'm impressed with the high quality of the unicycle and the engineering that has obviously gone into its components.

Our 13 year old son received a unicycle for his birthday bought from this web site. I was tempted to get a slightly cheaper one from ebay but decided to go with this site and did not regret it. The size guidance was spot on and the teaching links are also really useful. The site is credible and informative and, even more importantly, the unicycle is brilliant. Now he just needs to learn how to ride it!!
UPDATE: definitely the right decision. He did learn to ride it and it endured nearly two years of hard use until he decided to upgrade. Fabulous product.

We are happy your son is away with his Unicycling, and you’re not the first person to come to us over cheap ebay unicycles.
I ordered from Unicycle dot com (UDC) back in 2011 and 2013 for two unicycles. It was when the Canadian storefront was available. This review may help someone overseas (like Canada) who can't order from the US store and require using the UK store due to the Canadian store no longer available.
I'll get the cons right out of the way. The only option for shipping is DHL Express which isn't cheap. Add to that customs fee which is also not cheap. Finally, when I got my package, the box containing my extra wheel was damaged. Luckily, the wheel is in perfect shape. I'm hesitant to add delivery notes since UDC does not handle that part but I felt I needed to include this part for others to beware of the high delivery fees and potential damage to the box. I understand if UDC is limited with shipping services in that regards.
The pros all come from UDC and their service. I ordered a Nimbus Hatchet but I also wanted a spare wheel for more street/light offroad use. I emailed UDC and Nick helped me picked out ALL the parts I needed! Without his help I would've never ordered a second wheel, and possible, the unicycle itself.
Placing my order was easy and within a day my order was complete - ready to ship out. The Nimbus Hatchet and spare wheel arrived in perfect shape with every part accounted for, including tools and other miscellaneous bits. The attention and care was very noticeable.
If you're looking to buy quality and long-lasting unicycles, UDC is quite honestly the best resource to shop at. Employees are helpful and quick to reply, always mindful of what best fits your needs when it comes to riding a unicycle.
5 stars, though if a Canadian storefront or lower shipping fees could ever happen then I'd order more frequently! Thanks for all the help, I'm eager to jump back on the saddle.

Super speedy delivery and fantastic customer service. The team were only too helpful to assist with an issue I had with part of my order. Highly recommend ordering from here if you’re new to the sport and I will absolutely be ordering again.

The unicycle I bought is great and my son loves it! I was also really impressed with the customer service I received. I made several phone calls asking for advice as to what to buy, as I knew nothing about unicycles and the person was so helpful. I also called when I had to assemble it and was talked through the process (actually very simple!) over the phone. Don't forget to look at all the fun accessories if you are buying a unicycle from this website, especially if it's a gift! eg. My son's has a special saddle with flames on it - very cool! Finally, I remember that the unicycle arrived super fast!

Great customer service. I thought I was having problems with my unicycle. I was having trouble attaching my cranks. So I sent an email asking for some help. Got a reply very quickly and helped me solve my problem. 10/10 would recommend unicycle.co.uk. So go, get yourself a unicycle!

Apart from being a fantastic source of all things unicycle, this must be one of the best online shops overall. Customer service is second to none, super communications, quick replies, fast posting. Delivery charges are a little on the high side when compared to bicycle shops, so it helps to bulk orders.
