We went there for an early pregnancy scan in around 7 weeks. On scan they could not find the pregnancy and they said to come after 2 weeks.we were so worried and then we contacted GP and got referred to early pregnancy unit and we found that pregnancy was in the fallopian tube. But we did the scan in this clinic just few days before and they didn’t identify this. In the report , they mentioned it pregnancy of unknown location or could be ectopic pregnancy ? and repeat in 2 weeks
Lack of experience /knowledge to do the job properly , No responsibility to the patients and pathetic service. We gone through a lot of things and was in emergency situation
So didn’t understand what’s the point of this scanning centre if they can’t find a proper diagnosis

Unprofessional and rude receptionist! My husband booked my gender scan here and we were 5 mins late . Called and texted no one answered . Arrived at the door, no one answered until 4 mins later. They refused to scan me anymore and suggested to wait to see if they can fit me in between appointments. After waiting 20 mins, the receptionist said I am late more than 10 mins and I have to pay another £65.00 on top of the deposit I already paid cause that’s their policy although their scan price is £65.00.
I tried providing to them that I wasn’t later than 10 mins however she refused to listen to me and proceed to the normal payment.
So I was ripped off the deposit and no scan was done. I contacted the customer service showing them pictures of my arrival time and no outcome either.
Great experience, experienced staff. Receptionist was lovely and sonographer went through all the questions I had. I've had a lot of scans due to medical history and this aas one of the best ones. Thank you

This 1-star review is purely for the shocking lack of empathy shown by Ultrasound Plus. I genuinely cannot tell if this is a rigid company policy or simply the receptionist’s unwillingness to help, but the experience was extremely disappointing.
We were delayed in traffic and, being considerate, I called 30 minutes before our appointment to explain and request if we could be moved into any of the other slots available that day (clearly shown on their website). Instead of showing even a hint of understanding, the receptionist coldly informed us that we would need to pay the full price again for a new appointment.
What makes this worse is that there were multiple open slots, and we were more than willing to wait. This wasn’t about availability; it was about the complete absence of basic compassion and customer care.
Had there truly been no option, I would never have left a negative review. But when a company chooses profit over empathy — especially in a service as sensitive as ultrasounds — it speaks volumes about their values.

This place is extremely unprofessional.
When we arrived, they made us wait outside and didn’t even let us into the building.
I had booked a blood test, which was scheduled for Wednesday at 5 pm. The lady who was supposed to take my blood actually arrived after us — rushing in, taking off her jacket, clearly not prepared. Then, she wasn’t even able to take my blood and had to call her manager, as she was the only one authorized to draw blood from my wrist.
We were told the test results would be back within 24 to 48 hours.
A little over 48 hours later, I called to ask when I could expect the results, especially given the urgency of my situation. On my first call, a lady told me it might take a little longer but reassured me that I would receive an email soon. However, I had to call back again. That time, a woman who claimed to be the manager told me that the test had failed and the lab needed to run it again — yet no one had contacted me to inform me of this. If I hadn’t called, I would never have known.
Then, another day later, I called again. The same woman, again identifying herself as the manager, told me that now I would have to wait until Monday because the lab was closed.
I had already explained during my original appointment on Wednesday that I might be having a miscarriage — so having to wait from Wednesday until the following Monday for blood test results is beyond frustrating and, frankly, devastating. Still no result yet!! I want my £100 back!

Thank you for expressing your concerns. Please kindly take note we have no control over the laboratory time frames and it is clearly stated in the terms and conditions you signed and understood. You attended Wednesday evening and your sample was collected Thursday morning and the sample processed started the same day in the early afternoon. We do advise 24 to 48 hours and upon checking your results they were delivered to you today just before the 48 hours were complete. We are sorry we could not give your results sooner however as specified we are a third party provider for this service. Our manager did advise it could be Monday as the laboratory do not take calls over the weekend, however she was able to call a colleague whom provided an alternative number and your results were released straight away. Once again we are sorry do understand your frustration and are glad we were able to provide your report just in time.

Absolutely horrific experience, would advise everyone to stay away. Woman from the head office was so unbelievably rude, never had such a cold, insensitive conversation. The clinic has policies in place which seem to be happily adjusted when it is their staff at fault. I find it incredibly sad as it is a health clinic, so the majority, if not all patients have concerns about their health and are going through a difficult time. My partner suffers from a serious health condition and has being going through a health scare, she has been so emotional and scared, a shell of herself. We had travelled 2 hours to the clinic and 2 minutes before the appointment had a phone call to say the appointment had been cancelled. We wasted so much time and fuel, not to mention the distress it caused. She had been so worried about this appointment and had prepared herself for the scan, to then be told she would have to come back, it was heartbreaking seeing her like that. The woman called and explained she could reschedule her appointment, so she did, to the following day. The following day, the appointment then was changed again due to another staffing issue. As you can imagine, our main concern was ensuring nothing sinister had come back, and ensuring my partner felt comforted and reassured, not to deal with the terrible service we received. After having the scan, as stated in the email, we made a complaint in the first 48 hours. Unfortunately, this meant having to endure another cold conversation with the head member of staff. She had absolutely no empathy, straight away insisted nothing could be done and I should have just ‘asked’ and she would have refunded me the deposit. I find it incredibly strange how that was mentioned after the appointment as this goes against their ‘so-called’ policy, and she also never mentioned this on the phone which you assume she would offer to do if that was the case. She just said that the appointment could be ‘rescheduled’, which is why we did attend the appointment. The phone call was her defending her staff and repeatedly saying ‘it’s not our fault’, firstly, it’s wasn’t ours either, and secondly, we aren’t bothered which of your staff is at fault, we just expected some compensation for the almost 8 hours travelled. She then offered 20% off the next ultrasound which I can assure you will not be used after the treatment we endured. The woman based in the head office is clearly very good at manipulating vulnerable clients and twisting the story, I can see that from the previous reviews and also the multiple phone calls I overheard when she spoke to my girlfriend. I am sure the response to this review will her defending and twisting the situation however, as a paying client, I can assure you it will be untrue. STAY AWAY.

Couldn't fault our experience. Lovely staff, allowed future grandparent ,great grandparents and Auntie in for the scan . The sonogragher was so patient as baby wanted to sleep and face down .but managed to find the sex and showed us , so we knew it wasn't a guess. Would recommend 100%.
