Unprofessional and poorly managed
The experience I had was extremely disappointing. I tried to cancel my appointment but was given conflicting instructions. Despite following their process, I was treated rudely over the phone and given false information about why my slot was changed. When I arrived, it was clear there had been no emergency, and the manager not only failed to handle the situation professionally but also ignored my subsequent attempts to make a formal complaint. The receptionist and sonographer were polite, but the overall mismanagement and lack of accountability were shocking. I recommend checking regulatory reports for a more accurate picture of their services by reviewing the last Care Quality Commission inspection report.

I had an appointment yesterday for a gender scan, and it was such a lovely experience.
The receptionist was very welcoming and didn’t push any extra add-ons, which I’ve experienced elsewhere. I did choose to get a heartbeat bear and a video of the scan, and I’m so glad I did. I was also able to book an 8:15pm appointment, which was perfect as I could go after work.
The sonographer was absolutely lovely and so caring, which made the whole experience even more special.
We also received a free printed photo and two keychains, which was a really nice touch. I would recommend letting them know before your scan if you’d like the video or heartbeat bear, so they can make sure everything is recorded properly.
I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I recently attended a dating scan at Ultrasound Plus and had a very positive experience. The sonographer, Jonas, was exceptionally kind, attentive, and clear in his explanations, which helped put me at ease throughout the appointment. The receptionist was also professional and welcoming, contributing to an overall smooth and pleasant visit. I would highly recommend this clinic and look forward to returning for my 4D scan.

Absolutely terrible experience at this place! DO NOT GO HERE! My partner and I we here to get a blood test as we thought we were having a miscarriage, the receptionist, then proceeded to congratulate us on the pregnancy! We were told the doctor would call us when we got the results to go through them with us, we received no call from the clinic just an email with no explanation. When we called the lady was incredible rude to us! If I could put 0 stars I would! Despicable place!
Receptionist was rude as hell had to go back to this place after paying and they had my video deleted due to a technical error aka I think they deleted it. The receptionist had a foul attitude and was rude to every single person who came through the door then wanted to be nice when other people came through the door. I think she should get checked to see if she’s bipolar to be honest it’s concerning, especially working around pregnant woman and small kids. Horrible vibe in this place and experience. Then went in to the sonographer who was horrible as well but honestly compared to the receptionist it made her behaviour seem okay, which is saying something. They seem to be cramming as many people in as possible for the money and then complain when there a rush and there is no room for the pregnant women to sit down in the waiting room, there was a woman who had just walked in and was stood there talking to her for a few seconds to confirm their booking and the lady at the desk shouted at me “Don’t you think you should let her sit seen as she is pregnant” well if you’d finish talking to her I would have got up but she wasn’t even coming to sit down trying to embarrass me and make it seem like she was above everyone else for suggesting that. If you’re looking for a warm and welcoming sonography experience definitely do not book here!!
All staff were very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout both scans I had before the birth. Highly recommend!
