I managed to book an appointment here for within 24 hours of looking which was great. Paul the Sonographer was friendly and clear as was the receptionist, and I received the images/report by the time I got home. Would definitely recommend, the prices are also competitive.
My only suggestion is better directions for customers who are driving, it’s quite tricky to find and there is confusingly another ultrasound place right next door.

I had a wonderful experience at this clinic for my 4D Emerald baby scan. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist Liezel ha, was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The sonographer Filmon.T was also excellent, making me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and taking the time to explain everything clearly.
Unfortunately, during my first scan, my baby was not in a position that allowed us to get clear images. What I really appreciated was the clinic's flexibility and kindness in offering me the opportunity to return for another scan. In any case, I was not lucky enough to get a clear picture of my baby even at the second appointment. What really impressed me was that the head office proactively called me and offered a third appointment at no extra cost. This showed their commitment to providing the best possible experience for their patients.
Thanks to their patience, professionalism, and excellent customer care, I would highly recommend this clinic to any expectant parents looking for a caring and professional service.

I have been to a clinic for my 4D reassurance pregnancy appointment and I was really happy with the service.
I was seen on my booked time and the Sonographer Filmont was excellent; very friendly and patient. He took his time to see the baby and explained us everything.
Even when the baby was not able to be seen properly he told us to go and eat something and come back so we can get a good picture of my baby. I felt very satisfied and happy with the service.
