⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service I booked an abdominal organ scan due to pain I had been experiencing. The appointment was very easy to book online, and I was contacted by the receptionist the day before the scan to discuss the information I had provided, which was reassuring and professional. The clinic was easy to find, with plenty of parking available. The radiographer was friendly, professional, and very thorough throughout the examination. They were able to identify the cause of my symptoms straight away, which gave me clarity and peace of mind. The scan images and detailed report of the findings were emailed to me promptly after the appointment. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the service and would highly recommend Ultrasound Plus to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and reassuring experience.

I had a really bad experience in this clinic. I booked for a 4D pregnancy scan with pictures and video. First they called me to move the appointment to following day for an emergency. I didn't make it a big deal so I attended the appointment next day. My scan was only facial of the baby while I payed for hole body video and picture, I told the doctor but he seems confuse saying I should have told him first. However while back home I received facial pictures of my baby with no video. I called the clinic and was told the doctor didn't save the video (incredible). I didn't had words, they proposed me to come again, so I had to go back late evening to the clinic. I found a lady doctor who was very rude and aggressive. My baby was turn back at that moment, this lady was asking me If I wanted the video of the back of the bay, rude question, as it was my fault they didn't did the job properly at first. After arguing with her she made a fast video where you can not even capture the baby. £120 trough in the bin, my dream of making a video proiector of my baby in the womb destroyed. The lady doctor should be ashamed of her self, all situations really hurt me and nobody didn't care about it. Very disappointing

Maybe other clinics are better,but for us it's was not great experience, we paid £80 did not even get to hear heartbeat, doctor was not talking at all ,just quick look that's all . Honestly for £80 it's should be at list some sort of communication, very very disappointed

We came today for our gender scan the lady in reception was lovely. And helpful after by using two tote bags we had on us to hide the heartbeat bear. As we wanted pink or blue to match what baby was rather then grey but we wasnt find out gender there. The gentleman doing the scan was lovely and told us when to look away. And when we could look back and was very patient when baby was being stubborn took a while to find out what it was. Then a while again to confirm for certain what baby was, there was no rushing us to get it Would highly recommend and come back in future pregnancies

The receptionist has attitude AND is unprofessional. The lady who done the scan was extremely late despite us coming to the appointment ON TIME. We had to wait over 30 mins for an appointment THEY DECIDED TO MOVE 2 times. Barely wanted to answer any questions we asked during the scan. So unprofessional and lacks service.

The staff was lovely I have come all the way from Eastbourne to Birmingham to have this gender scan for the man to only show my baby girls head nothing else it is disgusting I payed 35 for the scan and on top 22 pounds for two keyrings and 1 photo frame and 1 photo scan which is really disgusting I wanted to see our baby girl and all we can see on our daughter's scan is her head nothing else not even her head I hope everyone thinks before coming here

Absolutely exceeded our expectations . After my partner was given an NHS wait after being sent a letter to be fast tracked due to high 125 markers she began to obviously panic . We went privately though these and were seen 5 hours after our first phone call. Chinedu the sonographer was absolutely amazing with my partner Sarah . He gave clear and knowledgeable advice all done in a clean and comfortable surrounding . The lady on reception was friendly and welcoming too . Price was worth every penny for us . Thanks again ♥

Not happy had a scan book ALL week to be phoned a day before to try change my appointment to a evening which is traffic hours and I have other children for then be rearranged for Saturday extending the process so I canceled. Not happy at all

Pros: Was able to book a scan the same day which was amazing as I needed info from the scan to give to my midwife as the nhs scan I was supposed to have was delayed. The scan report was really detailed. Cons: Was freezing cold in the clinic. The sonographer was chewing bubble gym which I find disrespectful and not professional.

Amazing experience! This clinic was a little further away from where I live, but it was the only place that could offer a same-day emergency gynaecology scan — and it was absolutely worth the extra journey. I’ve had several private gynaecology scans before, but this was by far the best experience I’ve had. I would 100% travel the extra distance to return here. The sonographer was extremely reassuring and knowledgeable, explaining everything so clearly and putting me completely at ease. In terms of price, I’ve previously paid £500+ for similar scans, yet this experience exceeded those at a much more affordable cost. The environment was comfortable and relaxed, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I received a clear report and images within 20 minutes, which was fantastic. I will definitely be using this clinic again — just brilliant. Thank you to all three of you!
