I had a frustrating experience with UK Digital Marketing, and I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction. Initially, I was sold on the idea that they would effectively promote my website and drive new traffic to my business. Unfortunately, they completely failed to deliver on these promises, and my expectations were not met at all.
Communication with Kevin Dunn was particularly disappointing. Despite reaching out to express my concerns about the lack of results and the overall service, I did not receive the support I needed. Instead of addressing my worries, the interaction left me feeling ignored and frustrated.
To add insult to injury, after requesting to cancel my direct debit due to their unmet promises, UK Digital Marketing continued to take payments from my account. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on their business practices.
Overall, I cannot recommend UK Digital Marketing. They seem more focused on collecting payments than providing quality service. Save your money and look elsewhere for a digital marketing partner who genuinely cares about their clients and delivers on their commitments.

We've been using UK Digital Marketing for just over 6 months now, and we've been very impressed. Since working with Kevin and his team we've seen:

After a £12k campaign, spanning 2 years with Kev, I can confidently say moving away from Kev and his black hat practices was the best move I made with our SEO.
Kev used cheap outsourced labour to create scammy links, presented as backlinks with very low domain quality, and despite being on a retainer to improve SEO, nothing was achieved apart from in Kev's made up ranking checker (Where we appeared on page 1 for everything) and actually as can be seen by the screenshots, both impressions and search ranking improved from the day I left these scammers in August until this day with genuine SEO tactics such as basic website improvement - something Kev initially sold as a service but never carried out.
Unless Kev is asked for progress reports, money doesn't go anywhere near improving your SEO until questioned, which prompts a message to his team in India to start creating links again after months of inaction whilst on retainer.
I strongly advise against UKDM who dragged on my services for over a year after questioning the value and reassured me this takes time.
Avoid.

It is such a shame that you feel this way after we delivered top positions on page one of google with your budget of £500 plus vat per month. We manage expectations very clearly allowing us to over deliver. All of our team are based in the UK and it is something that we are very proud of as its separates us from many agencies. Our dashboard is live and accurate and updates every night scraping data from google, this is one of the main reason we have so many very happy customers as they can see we have delivered. We improved your ranks as you could see on the dashboard which brought an increase in relevant traffic. If this relevant traffic does not covert to leads it is usually due to one or more of these three things. A website that doesn't convert, lack of relevant traffic which we can see on Google Search Console is not the case or a poor reputation. The screenshots that you have used show an average position which takes in to account the new phrases that you are ranking for due to our work growing the footprint of your website, these new phrases naturally start lower in the ranks bringing the average position down. We stopped work with you in August 2024. We would like to wish you and your business every success in the future.
Ive used other companies in the past and they've not delivered on there promises. Thats the difference with Kev and the team. Only 1 month in and they are already exceeding above what they said they would do. Not only that but Kev is an amazing human in general and offers advice above and beyond our agreement. Would highly reccomend to anyone and everyone.
