He is knowledgeable, clear and concise, but also incredibly approachable and kind – which makes a huge difference when you need advice on something stressful or complicated. They think reporting my review is going to make this go away but here I am again. CCM were paid to do my taxes and now HMRC are sending me fines because they didn’t actually do them. They happily took the £500 and now they refuse to engage on why they’ve scammed me. As per the other reviews, just look at how they treat customers. Avoid them at all costs.
