We rented from hwre.They are rude unorganized and generally just felt like they were bothered by the fact that they had to get up and rent a truck. Edit I forgot to mention they will not be on time either. He was only 15 minuets late to open and that didn't bother me. Some people may be on a tight schedule though.

We had a Uhaul reservation at 9am. We showed up on time but the doors were locked and nobody was there! We called 3 different numbers before we got a hold of someone. This person said they would call to see where "he" was.... (The employee who was supposed to open the store I presume.) This is absolutely unacceptable!! We paid money for this truck and expected it to be ready on freaking time. We are moving today and are on a tight schedule! What the heck. Don't waste your time with this terrible Uhaul dealer!! It's 9:17am and they are still not freaking here and nobody has called us back. I tried calling that third number again that seemed to be like the general manager and they sent me right to voicemail instead of dealing with this mess. 9:30 - the guy finally showed up. Wow. There are several ppl in line behind us! What a huge waste of time. Thanks for setting our entire moving schedule behind. Really appreciate it!!! The guy is arguing with ppl, saying they open at 9:30. Notice the sign says 9AM SATURDAY.

Nobody is ever at this location!!!!! 2nd time this week I have scheduled a pickup during the business hours you have posted and no one is here.....we call amd get sent to uhaul to use the mobile app and both times it has told us we are not close enough while standing at the front door....probably why this lot if full of trucks nobody can rent anything.....they need to lose their license to do this

I reserved a truck the day before pickup and received email/text confirmation. When I got there the next morning, I couldn’t take my truck because they never assigned my reservation a vehicle. I then spent 30 minutes on the phone just for them to send me to another location, which was closed.

Made a reservation for a uhaul and upon arrival noticed that there was no one at the location despite it being during business hours. Called a number on the door for assistance. The person who answered tells me, “I’ve got 9 people here so you’re just gonna have to wait.” A hour and a half goes by and we finally get the keys to the uhaul. A HOUR AND A HALF. The worst customer service ever. No apology. No let’s make it right. Nothing. Then we get in the uhaul and the ENGINE LIGHT is ON. I was beyond irritated. This entire rental experience was the absolute worst and I wouldn’t even think to waste my breathe to refer someone here.
