I've been very happy with UGI HVAC since I signed up for their ongoing service agreement. They come out in a reasonable amount of time when I ask them to and give me good advice.

I tried my air conditioner the nite before a week of 90 plus temps. Well it did not work. Called home serve, they gave me an appointment at 9am the next day. John arrived at 8:55am,had it fixed by 11am. He did a excellent Job.

Excellent Service and professional service men

We had a new heating/AC system installed. We were very pleased with the service, the equipment and the pricing. Everything went well and the work was done on time, as promised. In addition, UGI loaned us free of charge a portable air conditioner until the new system was installed.

Extremely knowledgeable and solved our issues with minimal costs. Will use again and again. We tried other companies but there is no comparison.

I would like to say what an outstanding sales person Joe Leinbach has been to work with both for the sale and purchase of my new gas furnace the other year and getting my furnace contract setup for 2023 t0 2024, and now the ac unit died last week and a tech came out and found it was not useable for any length of time and it sure didn't. the next day it went out again and Joe contacted me with a proposal for a new unit and it is now being installed today. I would highly recommend Joe Leinbach to work with you to get a good deal and great person to work with.

Used them to service my heater and all was fine. I used them for my AC unit and not so fine. First I made the appointment for a Wednesday and they never showed up. Then when I called they said how about in 3 weeks I said no how about tomorrow. I was home when they were supposed to be here cause I left work early The day they finally came I could not be home. Wife called and said he needed to talk to me. He said my unit was so old they didn't make parts for it anymore. That he could give me a estimate on a new unit and that I needed a new capacitor. I said if they don't make my parts anymore what are we going to do. He said he had 1 on the truck...lol...He said $191 installed. So he did it and come to find out the part is about $20 and it takes all of 5 minutes to install the part after talking to a plumber friend. So they really jacked the price up on the part and the install. Not happy and probably won't call again. If a $20 part costs $191 could only imagine what they would charge for a new unit.
