If you have a heating problem don’t go to UGI worst company for helping. Waited all day and at 4:45 at night told me that they couldn’t help me . Left me stranded with smell coming from my heater and a headache for three days. Thanks UGI worst company ever.

Technicians showed up on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable and the removal and install of our water heater went smooth. We've been UGI customers since we moved into our home 26 years ago and we will continue to make them our go to company.

Our furnace computer had malfunctioned. Hector came out to our house and quickly identified the problem and found the right part for the job. Can not thank him enough. Would have been a very cold week if he was not so prompt and thorough!
