Il semble qu'il y ait eu une incompréhension lors de votre séjour, et nous en sommes sincèrement désolés. Nous tenons aussi à vous informer que la chambre PMR doivent respecter certaines normes d'accessibilité. En effet, ce type d'aménagement choisi dans les salles de bains sert à faciliter le transfert depuis le fauteuil roulant et offrir un espace plus dégagé au personnes en situation de handicap. ☹Le uniche pecche sono che l’ultimo giorno la mia stanza non so perché non è stata pulita e anche il fatto che abbiano preso la cauzione senza autorizzazione anche perché mi aspettavo che me la chiedessero lì stesso piuttosto che prelevarla senza autorizzazione

In order to respect our guests wish for peace and quiet, room staff are instructed to respect the 'Do not disturb' signs. When these are placed on the door handles it warns housekeeping staff not to enter the room. Pre-authorization of your card is common practice in the hotel industry, especially for longer stays. Great hotel at a great price!
☺The hotel is modern and unique, with the nicest staff. Each staff member we came in contact with was so friendly and beyond helpful. The room was very clean, and the room was very quiet even though we had the city view. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future.

☺La colazione è buona. Lo staff molto simpatico e cordiale. Ma è un poco lontano dai punti turistici principali. C'è la metropolitana proprio sotto l'hotel. Ma ci vuole un certo tempo per arrivare alla torre Eiffel e altri punti. La camera è minuscola. Siamo andati io e una amica, dopo aver messo le valigie restava poco spazio per muoversi dentro. Sulla finestra entrava uno spiffero di area, abbiamo messo riscaldamento a 25° per compensare.

Ha prenotato una camera doppia classica, per la quale indichiamo sempre la superficie. Offriamo anche categorie superiori che offrono più spazio. Per quanto riguarda la corrente d'aria dalla sua finestra, ciò è dovuto a una chiusura non corretta della stessa. Non esiti a contattare la reception per risolvere rapidamente il problema.
Speriamo di poterla accogliere nuovamente nel nostro hotel per offrirle un'esperienza migliore rispetto a questa.
