DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. They charged us for things that they did not do or use. For example 5 litres of oil for a machine that takes 1.5l, filters that were never changed, time for mech to have a look when they did not look at anything and never fixed a single issue with 2 machines. Once taken to someone who knew what they were doing, the issue was found that the fuel tank had some gunge in that was causing the issues. Even though apparently this was checked by TTS both times the same machine was in their workshop!!!!!!! ONCE AGAIN DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Regarding the issues you mentioned, we would like to offer some clarity on the situation: - Service and Parts: When your 1st machine was first brought to us with issues, our team conducted a thorough inspection and found that the issue was related to the oil pressure switch the controller not sensing AC voltage. These were replaced, and the machine was tested to ensure everything was functioning correctly and returned to which we believe there have been no further issues as none have been reported. The 2nd unit was load tested and tested ok however evidence of contaminated fuel were evident these were cleaned and filters changed. We understand your concerns about the quantities of oil and filters. Please know that our team follows industry standards for replacements and servicing, and any excess oil was given to the driver upon collection. - Follow-up Service: Upon the 2nd machine's return to our workshop some 87 hour running later, it was inspected, and it was found that the unit had a further fault relating to the controller which was rectified. Our records, supported by photographs and detailed service notes, indicate that everything was in order and all works complete when it left our premises. We aim to go above and beyond in our service, even addressing other issues with the units. - Communication: Our team made several attempts to discuss the bill and ensure all services were understood and agreed upon. We believe in open and honest communication and are always here to discuss any concerns or questions our clients may have. - Billing and Payment: We acknowledge there was a delay in your payment for the services rendered, which was settled a few months after the invoice was issued on the day of this review. We strive to maintain flexibility with our payment terms to accommodate our clients' needs, though we also rely on timely payments to continue providing quality service.
