Had a great experience. Austin came out and got V.I.N.# and down payment. He ordered the ignition and keys. They came in and he installed them with no problems. Pricing was fair. Austin communicated well and promptly and showed up when he said he would. Highly recommend him. Down to earth guy and doesn't mind explaining things to you.

While the technician was friendly and efficient, I’m extremely disappointed with the overall customer service experience. On January 29, 2025, I paid approximately $300 to have all the locks in my home replaced. Unfortunately, not long after the installation, we began experiencing issues with the front door lock. Over time, the issue worsened to the point where the lock became completely unusable.
We contacted the company and scheduled a return visit for April 17, 2025—just over two months after the initial service. While they were able to fit us in, we were charged an additional $35.00 to replace what was clearly a faulty lock. This charge feels entirely unjustified, especially considering the substantial amount we already spent just a few months ago.
The lock failure was not caused by misuse or neglect, and yet we were penalized for a product that did not hold up. It’s incredibly frustrating to feel like customer satisfaction and accountability are not priorities. This experience has left a very bitter impression and raises concerns about the company’s commitment to quality and service.

Great customer service and a very respectful gentleman, but when I spoke to the operator, she had quoted me $30 fee and $25 plus depending on the time to open my truck door, it took the tech about three minutes to open the door then he quoted me $90, far off from what I was quoted to begin with

The technician was very friendly and competent. I was locked out of my own high quality gun safe (one he’d never worked on before). He refused to give up and after about 2 hours, he was able to get it open. He stuck to the price quoted, even though it took a lot longer than was expected.

The customer service was terrible. It took 3x the amount of time originally quoted to receive the key. Along the way, I had to make multiple phone calls just to get updates. The only reason for two stars is the ultimately, I did get a new key, but I will definitely go elsewhere next time.
