Heaven! What a fantastic hotel! The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the resort grounds were just lovely. Our room with a small private pool was absolute heaven, so peaceful. Surprisingly, despite the fact the bathroom was outside, there were hardly any bugs at all, even at night. The bed was so comfy! Also, the TV had channels such as Euro News and Al Jazeera which I appreciated to keep up with the latest news. The breakfast was fresh and tasty with Thai and Western options, and although the menu at the restaurant was quite small, everything we tried was excellent. The location of the hotel is near some other bars/restaurants, both on the road behind and also along the beach, so there are plenty of options for dining out. The beach outside the hotel is wide and clean and although it might not be the most beautiful beach on Ko Lanta, it’s definitely still nice and good for strolling on. The only small downside of the hotel is that cocktails and food etc are a little more pricey than the places surrounding, but they are at least well made and tasty. Overall, do not hesitate to book this hotel, I’ve lived in Thailand for 15 years and trust me, it’s hard to find this level of quality and service, especially during Covid when many places have been forced to cut corners.

Zimmer, Frühstück, Anlage inkl. Pool wunderbar Der Empfang war in der tollen Anlage sehr freundlich und aufgrund der schwachen Belegung haben wir ein Upgrade erhalten. Der Pool mit dem Blick aufs Meer ist wunderbar. In den großzügigen geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmer fühlt man sich sehr wohl. Auch das große, saubere Badezimmer empfanden wir sehr angenehm. Die guten Matratzen gewährleisten einen guten Schlaf. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und die nette Path serviert einen Cappuccino, der o. K. ist. Wir nahmen den hoteleigenen Privatchauffeurfahrdienst nach Krabi/AO Nang Beach (einfach knapp 2 1/2 Std.) In Anspruch und waren zügig und sicher unterwegs.

The staff so helpful great thanks you to Michelle and General manager when we had a few minor issue with air con they were quick to move us Very professional team around the bar - Boy and Paek always have a smile to greet you Eye for wonderful and professional massage service Definitely recommend upgrade to beachfront villa total paradise Breakfast average but plentiful likely very quiet time due to Covid Definitely would return

Fantastisk beliggenhed Hotellet ligger skønt ved en fantastisk lang og bred strand, som er meget lavvandet. Desværre var hotellet præget af covid så der blev sparet på udvalget til morgenmaden. Den levede slet ikke op til vores forventninger når vi så på prisen. Værelset er fin størrelse med en god seng og madras. Rengøringspersonalet er dygtige og der blev lavet flotte figurer af håndklæder på sengen hver dag. Liggestolene ved poolen er formstøbte så du kan ikke ligge på maven og ikke ligge fladt. Der var 6 liggestole ved stranden som var almindelige hvor man kan ligge fladt - det er ikke mange til så stort et hotel. Ingen af liggestolene havde hynder - hvilket er skuffende for så dyrt et hotel. Vi fik dejlig massage i hotellets spa og personalet på hele hotellet er søde og servicemindede. Hotellets restaurant serverer god mad og tjenerne var ekstremt venlige - men både mad og drinks fås meget billigere på stranden og i byen, hvilket også ses på det lave antal kunder. Alt i alt var prisen for høj i forhold til standarden - det er personalet der løfter oplevelsen.

Underbart vuxenhotell vid stranden Twin Lotus är ett lugnt och trevligt hotell vid stranden högre upp på Lanta. Inga barn utan det var lugnt vid poolen vid stranden och ännu lugnare vid garden pool. Bra frukost med trevlig personal och mycket att välja på. Vi valde ett lite ”billigare” rum och hamnade allra längst bort i trädgården. Väldigt fint rum med en uteplats. Spa-känsla i rum och det stora badrummet. Skön stor säng! Det blir en del sträckor att gå när man bor allra längst bort (rum 312) men där fanns en pool. Poolen i trädgården är svart, det var lite roligt. De tar dock inte hand om området lika bra där som vid de mer lyxigare villorna längre fram. Lite tråkigt runt garden pool om man valde att vara där, ingen bar eller liknande. Men mer soligt där. Vi trivdes bra här och kommer definitivt att återvända till hotellet nästa gång vi är på Koh Lanta. Men då kommer vi boka en strandvilla 😅☺️ Rekommenderar hotellet och servicen. De pratar bra engelska också och när vi anlände bjöd de på dryck och kalla handdukar! Alla är trevliga och hälsar.

Great place, great staff!! Great staff, super kind and helpful. Michelle was wonderful dealing with all of my enquiries beforehand and then was just as helpful when I got there. Lots of restaurants and convenience shops nearby. I wish I could live at Twin Lotus! Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

hotel agréable La chambre de l'hotel était correcte et propre, villa privée avec piscine. Mais le rapport qualité/prix est élevé par rapport à ce qu'il ce fait en terme de prix actuellement et de prestations : lors de notre réservation, ils ont oublié de nous prévenir que la réception fermait à 17H00, que la salle de gym était fermée ainsi que le restaurant (uniquement ouvert pour le petit déjeuner) et 2 des 3 piscines. Nous y avons séjourné pendant Songkran ;il y avait du monde dans l'hotel durant ces quelques jours. Nous ne nous attendions donc vraiment pas à ce que toutes les infrastructures soient fermées. Le petit déjeuner moyen. Lors de notre arrivée, mon mari à du pousser à la main la voiturette de golf qui nous menait à la chambre avec les valises car la batterie devait très certainement être déchargée, pas de serviettes de piscine dans la chambre, télécommande de la climatisation qui ne fonctionnait pas, et la télévision n'a pas fonctionné non plus. Nous avons donc été déçu. Je pense que l'hotel devait fournir de jolies prestations .. mais avant la crise.

As peaceful as it gets! My father and I stayed at Twin Lotus for a week or so and both agreed it's one of the most peaceful hotels we've ever stayed at. Once you enter the compound it's non-stop relaxation. We had a room right along the creek. We both enjoyed sitting outside on our private hammock, listening to the birds and the sound of the creek flowing. The main pool is large and there's ample seating, so it's also quite nice to sit poolside. You can hear the ocean waves and very little else. The second pool is set away from the beach, and there is hardly ever anyone using it. Most of the time I had it to myself. The breakfast buffet had tons of options and everything we tried was delicious. We are both quite excited to return for another stay once the Covid 19 pandemic allows for travel to Thailand.

Fantastiskt vuxenhotell Vi tillbringade tre veckor på detta fantastiska hotell (mars 2020). Läget är det bästa på Klong Dao Beach, då det är väldigt lite folk på stranden just där men ändå nära till restauranger och barer på stranden. Vi uppskattade mycket att det är ett "adult only" hotell, lugn och behaglig stämning vid infinity poolen. Vår bungalow var spatiös och vi sakande ingenting. Spenderade en hel del tid på terrassen där vi fick uppleva många fantastiska solnedgångar. Mycket bra städning och trevligt bemötande från all personal. Frukosten var mycket bra och innehöll det mesta man kan önska sig. Goda drinkar och mycket bra mat i strandrestaurangen. GM Conny såg till så alla trivdes och hade det bra! Vi har redan bokat in oss för tre veckor i mars nästa år (hoppas allt covid-elände är över då...).

While there, I already was planning return! Excellently managed! Clearly a content staff. Professional and hospitable at the front desk, in the restaurant, on the building/grounds. During pandemic, rooms were upgraded to very comfortable villas and right on the beach. Well outfitted and very clean room (only addition I could think of would be a bath tub). Beautiful pool, nice chill jazz in the bar/restaurant, fantastic food and not overpriced menu for lunch/dinner, complimentary a la carte breakfast included. Was everything I might have hoped for. A definite return visit is in order! Paradise and perfection :-) . Thank you Twin Lotus!

Can I live here please! My husband and I stayed 4 nights here November 2019 and I truly wish we could have stayed longer. In fact we extended our stay by a night because we loved it so much :) We stayed in a gorgeous beach front villa. And the view was truly fabulous. Reading some reviews makes me sad. So many complain that the sun beds have people that guard them. But. I got one easily anytime I wanted one. The staff lay out rolled towels on the chairs each day for guests. I noted that some took this to mean others had reserved them. That’s not the fault of the resort. And there are PLENTY beachside sun beds. Which is better in my opinion. Breakfast is a seriously huge spread. And they will make whatever type of coffee you like. Are there birds about? Yes....but it’s tropical and it’s open air! A gorgeous setting! I had an iguana on my deck twice and it was lovely :) the beach portion is beautifully secluded with many dining options along the beachfront. We had a massage and rented scooters for two days. Everything was available. We are already planning a return trip! The cocktails are a little pricey, but if you stoped by any liquor store in Thailand you would know that alcohol is very expensive in Thailand, with many restrictions. The bed was very comfortable and a welcome relief from the traditional harder mattresses we found around the country. All staff were extremely kind and accommodating. Do yourself a favor and rent a scooter to see the island. It is stunning! So many beaches :) Next time I plan to stay longer :)

Ein Traum Ursprünglich waren nur 3 Nächte in diesem Hotel geplant, nach der Ankunft und dem Check-in in unsere Deluxe Zimmer mit privaten Pool war schnell klar: hier bleiben wir. Also haben wir auf 6 Nächte verdoppelt. Unser Zimmer war sauber, geräumig, das Bad im Freien und der eigene Pool war ein kleiner Luxus. Die Hotelanlage ist weitläufig, grün, sauber und einfach wunderschön. Man kann Warane und BBC allerhand bunte Vögel beobachten. Der Hauptpool ist toll, allerdings sind die Liegen schon ab halb 9 Uhr morgen komplett belegt... jeden Tag um 11 Uhr wird am Pool ein kostenloser Obstspieß serviert. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig, man kann sich sogar frische Smoothies machen lassen. Alle weiteren Mahlzeiten sind leider sehr teuer im hoteleigenen Restaurant.

Bästa hotellet Hotellet som får en att känna sig speciell. Vi bodde på hotellet i fyra veckor. Vårt hus med egen pool var helt underbar. Poolen och huset skötes perfekt av en underbar personal som alltid var trevlig och glad. Kanon mat och mycket att välja på. General managern Conny är en fantastisk person han såg till att vi som var på hotellet skulle trivas. I dessa Corona tider hade vi inte mått så bra som vi gjorde här på Twin Lotus. Kunde inte blivit bättre! Jag och min partner bodde på twin lotus under 2,5 veckas tid och ingen av oss ville hem! Hotellet är verkligen super fräscht och fint, och miljön runtom är helt otrolig! Vi hade tillgång till egen pool och dessutom en stor till pool men också det otroligt fina havet som bara ligger 2 minuter gångväg från vårt rum. Frukosten och maten i helhet var dessutom jätte bra! Det fanns massor utav valmöjligheter och allting som serverades smakade utsökt! Servicen är dessutom mycket snabb och man får all hjälp man behöver! General managern Conny är helgrym! Han hjälpte oss så himla mycket under denna ”Corona kris” och borde ha en eloge för allt arbete han lagt på sina gäster! Jag och min partner kommer definitivt bo på Twin lotus igen när vi kommer tillbaka till Koh lanta! Rekommenderar varmt!!

A proscrire Accueil assez frais à l'arrivée, chambre pas prête et personne pour nous montrer le resort. Avons dû nous débrouiller par nous-mêmes. Chambre avec piscine éloignée de la plage. WC et lavabo situés à l'extérieur, ce qui est peu pratique. Pas de place autour de la piscine. Restaurant cher. Refus de l'hôtel de nous rembourser la dernière nuit annulée en raison du coronavirus, absence totale de compréhension du service de réception. Aucune aide ou intervention de Booking.com pourtant alertée pendant le séjour.

and your negative feedback , I think this have been a misunderstanding about the cancellation,

if you have booked with booking.com you need to cancel with them , we can not make the cancellation for you for then booking.com think we taking the commission from them,

when you cancel with booking.com then we dont need to pay commission for your last night,

Twin lotus resort have not say no to guests who needed to go one day early for that been flight changes,

but we have ask for the prof that the flight company have change the flight,

Everyone who have travel insurance when this kind of things happen can clam the insurance for lost of holiday and room nights.

Twin Lotus resort coming always go a mile for the guest to help
