This was my son’s first visit at this office. He and my daughters all did not have good experiences at the previous office. Our appointment was at 3:30, I arrived at 3:33 and then had to drive around a couple of times looking for parking. Finally found parking and got into the office at 3:36. My son who is 8 years old gets very anxious at the doctor and dentist. Really, with anything new. At first, the dental assistant said I couldn’t go back with him (his first visit at this office). He started crying because he was very nervous. I asked if I could just stand in the hall and she allowed me to, which was great! It helped my son to calm down and get X-rays done. During the cleaning she let me know that if he ever needs work done, I will not be able to go back with my son. I asked, “even if he’s anxious like this?” She said it’s up the the Dr and continues to do his cleaning. After the cleaning she tells me that I was late and the Dr left. “He had somewhere to be”. Not even 10 min late. Ridiculous.

Very nice, friendly people. Very informative, absolutely loved the hygenist but can't remember her name. Love the hours, open late and on Saturdays.

They lied to my face about have 3 new cavities in my childrens teeth, which were old fillings that came out from and caused more problems, also wanting me to spend 1500 dollars more for their screw up. Our new dentist told us that they should be responsible for it since it was obvious there was work done on them. Most crooked company I've ever met. *Update 2/24/2025* Took my 2 daughters that had old filling fall out and caused more damage because tulare family wouldnt replace them like they were supposed to. Btw the fillings fell out within a year. Anyways the new dentist estimated me half the price tulare wanted to charge me. Tulare wanted about $1500 with a deposit of about $600. At the new dentist, for both my daughters it estimated $750 for everything. Guys listen to me, they are liars and crooks. They ll lie to your face and charge you extra at any cost. Honestly I wouldnt be surprised if they get sued in the near future. I have proof that they lied and got extra money from me. They will never send over the dental plans like their supposed to. They don't want you to have the copies of previous work done or nothing. It's been over 6 months. Id really be happy to see them shut down for they bad karma ways. Don't go here guys unless you have medi-cal or whatever, its not really your money anyways so who d care. But they do still do a bad/careless job or your poor kids teeth. Really hope karma bites them in the ass.
