Tuff Deck Builders Knoxville Reviews

Liam Johnson 2026.04.16

I regret choosing Tuff Deck Builders Knoxville for my project. The work they delivered was far below expectations. The quality was poor, and it looked rushed and unprofessional. Even worse, their customer service was very disappointing. They were not responsive, and their attitude was rude when I raised concerns about the work. Overall, a very bad experience. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company and look for better, more reliable options.

Their design team helped us pick the right materials and made sure the wood finish matched our siding. Installation was quick and professional. The deck is sturdy, stylish, and built for Tennessee weather. Truly a great experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
