My 87 year old mom recently became wheel chair bound and I am no longer able to get her in and oit of our car. I found TMT here on Yelp and liked the reviews, they seemed legit. I had our first trip today and the experience was great. The driver arrived early and was ready when we were, he assisted loading mom into the van and securely strapped in her wheelchair. We were only going a short distance but I immediatley noticed the caution that the driver used making sure to make smmoth turns and slowing for any rough spots in the road so my mom was comfortable during the ride. We opted to pay for him to wait while she was at her appoinment and he was ready for us when we came out of the appoinment. I will highly recomment TMT for your wheelchair transport needs.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. I've been bed bound for years and have had many people transport me.
Trust Medical is far better than anyone else. They use their brains to move you as gently and safely as possible. They stay right next to you at all times to make sure you are safe.
Once they took me to the dentist and went in to speak with the dentist. They explained I was in pain and could they see me right now. It worked they took me in and the dentist came right in.
Very friendly and accommodating when you call.

Trust Medical Transportation (TMT) flew beyond expectations. They are always punctual. After my husband had heart complications he was left incapacitated and unable to move properly on his own. Therefore, he was left bed bound for 3 months at a rehabilitation center. That is when we discovered Trust Medical Transportation. Trust crew would transfer my husband by gurney, regardless of it being to his dialysis appointments or his doctor appointments. TMT always worked safely without complications, clearly showing they're experienced, efficient and constant. Stairs were never an issue, there were never any obstacles they couldn't get past. Their professionalism shows! TMT is GREAT at what they do. My husband and I never felt uncomfortable or unsafe with them as they were always kind and respectful. Please consider booking them for your next appointment, promise you will not be disappointed!

Very nice family run business. I had to have my 94 year old father brought down the front stairs and taken to CPMC Van Ness. They arrived a few minutes early, very considerate of my father and the cats.

Everyone we encountered with Trust Medical Transportation has gone above and beyond for my father. My father has Parkinson's Disease and is extremely rigid with little to no mobility. The team was able to safely transfer him to his appointment and back in a very efficient manner. They are extremely professional and treated us with the utmost respect and kindness. I placed an order with Eric and emphasize to please do not be late because it's a very important appointment to which he responded we won't be late. They were 30 minutes late which made our appointment late. After 15 minutes of waiting, I called the cell phone # that I was told I can call if there was any problem but no one answered. No one returns my calls either. Plus it was also very expensive. I paid $490.00 for round trips to and from the appointment which was 20 minutes from the pick-up place. I was ok until they were 30 minutes late which I find unacceptable.

Tareq and Mohamed were awesome! From the moment they met my mom I knew i had made the right decision. They were super friendly, kind and handled mom with extreme care. As we were leaving, I let them know I would be staying behind to break down her bed. Without hesitation, Tareq volunteered to stay and help break down the bed and load it into my car. At the same time, Mohammed decided to stay back and help as well. I ended up not lifting a finger for the bed as both Tareq and Mohamed broke it down and loaded it into my car (which took a little bit of work). Just over the top service! Highly recommend!! AAA+++

I used Trust Medical Transportation ("TMT") to drive me with my mobility scooter from Daly City to UCSF's Mission Bay this past week. I don't drive any more, and my scooter is a problem for friends who would have driven me, bc it has to be disassembled and reassembled unless there is a van or a ramp or a lift. Samtrans Redi-Wheels doesn't provide transportation into San Francisco from my home in Daly City. I couldn't have been treated better! Both drivers, there and back, were helpful and pleasant, and their careful driving and Trust's van made me feel safe and relaxed, even in the rainy weather that day. I had not used a private transport company before. Scheduling was easy, and I got to my appointment at the time I asked to be there, and when I got picked up to be brought back home was up to me, and it didn't have to be scheduled in advance, before I knew when I would be ready to leave. They aren't cheap, but their price was the same as I was quoted from competing similar handicap transport services. The cost of using a first-rate transportation service like TMT is probably out of reach for many people, who would be stuck with transfering from one County's public paratransit service to another County's service, with the delays and wait times that would be involved. The expense is the ONLY reason I haven't assigned 5 stars here, and that is likely to be due to the high costs of everything in the SF Bay Area, and not a negative reflection on this particular company. I had an important appointment, and TMT's personnel treated it, and me, as important.

If could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. I used this company to transport my disabled mother to two days of funeral services and they went above and beyond. Tareq was wonderful in planning everything, super accommodating and truly the kindest. Mohammad was my mothers driver for the two days and he was AMAZING! The kindest, gentlest soul who went to great lengths to ensure my mother was comfortable and safe at all times. He made such a difficult time for my mom so much easier. I will absolutely use them again.

I was reminded of how long I've been trusting these wonderful people to help my clients; since 2016. They have grown because of their caring and competent service.
They have all the equipment to keep the clients and themselves safe. I like how they ask questions about the situation for transfers, they can figure anything out but this conversation shows their professionalism. They treat my clients like people not just a pick up or drop off.
Cost is in keeping with the area.
They have additional fees for each stair, oxygen, and waiting times.

After an accident that left me unable to leave my hillside home, Trust Medical Transportation came to take me to a doctor's appointment. The team was prompt, friendly, kind and compassionate. They had to strap me to a gurney and carry me up many stairs, (I'm no lightweight) and they were competent and reassuring. They stayed with me through the doctor's appointment, and took me home, reversing the process. When the owner realized I needed a wheelchair to get around my house, he insisted I take the one he had in his ambulance until I could make my own arrangements. No extra charge. Well above and beyond the call of duty. You could not be in better hands than with Tareq and his team.
