I recently replaced my front door and windows in my house with Triton. Absolutely everything about them exceeded my expectations. No sales pitch whatsoever. They just come and measure your house, and then you get an email with your quote explaining your options. Delivery came in very fast, and the installation was extremely well done. Follow up was exceptional throughout the process . Truly one of the better contractors I have ever dealt with in Miami.

Extending a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to the Triton Window team. I recently worked with Triton to install impact windows and doors in my home. From the very beginning of the process the Triton team was a pleasure to work with. Alex, my sales rep took his time and educated me on my options and was very patient in answering ALL of my questions. The office team, Nicole, Andrea and Beatriz were all very responsive and kept me up to date every step of the way. The installation crew was efficient and clean, they took the time to make sure the surrounding areas were protected and made every effort to prevent unnecessary damage to existing walls, etc. which meant I had very little touch up work to do after the install. Luis, the PM, was especially attentive and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the final product. I definitely recommend anyone considering to install/replace windows in their home to work with Triton.
Excellent company. I bought a door from them 8 years ago and it broke. I called and they sent a repair man to fix it free of charge as it was still under warranty. These people stand by there products and installations. Very hard to find that in this day and age. I highly recommend them.

A company is only as good as its team, and this team delivers. We ordered 2 sets of impact french doors, and every single minute of the process, from our first phone call to the final inspection was amazing. The install was gorgeous and the office answered every single call and every single question. I recommend Triton to EVERYONE.

We have been in contact with you throughout your entire window purchase and installation process as well as any manufacturer service issues you have had without any problem. Unfortunately, since the day you wrote this review (which left us very confused) we have been unable to discuss with you despite attempts in person, by phone and by email. We met with you personally in our showroom where you saw, felt and decided on the products you wished to purchase. As we do with all our customers, all product facts and details were given in detail and prices for different brands were provided. All products were ordered according to the specifications you chose, all permits were pulled as per Miami-Dade requirements and all was installed and inspected in a professional and timely manner as we do with all of our projects. Most importantly, all City inspections were approved and passed without any issues. You have reported a few "manufacturer issues" which we have coordinated with the manufacturer directly for you (our customer) and have been in constant communication with you throughout. Despite middle of the night phone calls, texts and less than professional language we have received from you (foul language and vulgar words unable to be repeated on this reply, directed at any office employee you have interacted with who tried to assist you), we have answered all your calls and never "dropped" your project. Us "owners" stay on top of ALL of our projects and customers (as we have done personally and hands on for the last 20 years) and fully support our staff as they maneuver through various stages of the project. Unfortunately, you may feel that the product you purchased for this home, which was different from the products you purchased for your other home, have not met your personal expectations, but I can assure you that we stand behind all the brands in our showroom and these manufacturer's also stand behind their products. Due to the fact that we sell a product, we can't take responsibility for any "product defects," but as our customer's representative's we never leave them to fend for themselves. We facilitate any pending work or unsatisfactory product issues between the customer and the manufacturer because we SERVE our customers.

As a company that for over 20 years has cared for each and every customer and continuously strives for their complete satisfaction, it is difficult for us to accept a customer's unhappiness and unjust review regarding a service we provided. Unfortunately sometimes you realize that there may be one, that no matter what you do, will never be satisfied with your efforts. It's a tough realization for a company that values its reputation but a reality we will have to live with!
This company has exceeded my expectations. The staff from A to Z is amazing! I used them 2 years ago and had a great experience and just used them again and had an even better one.
