They are in our area cleaning up the ice storm debris and they was working on one of our roads and had no flaggers working this area and they decided to cut a tree down and thought they could hold it with a machine but failed and the tree fell onto my truck as it reached across a main state highway. A police report has been done and they are still trying to get out of paying for my truck. Have called several times as it has been over a month and still nothing. I just want my truck fixed and they don’t was to take responsibility for their actions. Atleast the worker tried to say sorry. It could have killed myself or my 10 year old son that was with me. He is now scared to ride in a car due to this incident Update: When I call your office they say that they know who I am and tell me to turn it into MY insurance company. So to get my truck fixed I have to pay $1000.00 for my deductible to get it fixed. So in the end it cost me money. That’s not right especially when your boss at the scene said that yall would cover it and didn’t want to go through their insurance company. I tried to speak to a manager but the lady that answers the phone just hangs up on me.

Dave came out and trimmed my trees. He showed up when he said he would, did the work right, and left the place clean. The trees look good and healthy, and he didn’t overcut. Straightforward, solid work from someone who knows what he’s doing. I’ll be calling him again when it’s time.

Trees R us did a great job trimming my Mesquite tree. It was quick and easy to get a quote and it was less than the other quotes. They did a great job cleaning up after the job and were prompt and courteous.

So happy with the work done for us by Trees R Us. It was seamless from start to finish. Our large mesquite was partially uprooted. We needed that and another tree removed. We sent a photo of the trees to Alyssa on Friday and within an hour she called with a quote, accepted our deposit, sent us an invoice and had an appointment set for us on Monday morning. Both trees were down in about 4 hours. The crew was very professional and took great care not to have the tree drop on our roof. They graded the stumps down and left the yard spotless. So happy we called them.

Trees "R" Us Called them to remove a saguaro that had fallen. Most of it landed in my neighbor's front yard. Two gentlmen promptly came out the next morning gave an estimate and set up a time to remove the cactus, which was about 25 feet tall. The crew of 5 showed up promptly at 7:00 AM the next day as promised, and had the cactus cut up and loaded into their trailer in less than 45 minutes. As a 70 year old man, I never could have done it myself. I don't know if they're the least expensive service, but they were prompt, reliable, (two BIG points with me) cleaned up the shavings from the chain saw from my neighbor's front yard and filled in the hole left by the roots of the cactus in my yard.

Today Trees R Us took down a huge saguaro cactus which was dying. This cactus was in our backyard right by our patio and up against our wall. His crew arrived on time and did a fabulous job. It was a really arduous task and his crew, which was lead by Mike, were all in sync with each other through out the entire process. When they left everything was clean and looked better than before they arrived. I give them 5 stars and gladly recommend them for trees and/or cactus. David is the person who came to our home and gave us an estimate. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.

David provided an estimate for 2 very high, Chilean mesquite trees, riddled with mistletoe, thorns and dead branches. He explained the plan to get me to love the trees again! They have to thin out many branches and cut a limb. The morning of, they let me know when they arrived. They went to work. When I saw the trees I was very pleased. The price for the work was very reasonable. I will use them again.

We had a team come out to remove about 9 or more gigantic, old cacti. I was expecting a tractor, but this team did it by hand! They were very quiet, very professional and did an outstanding job! This was not an easy job. We truly appreciate all the sweat and muscle that went into this job. They provided a quote, were on time and cleaned up all debris! Amazing teamwork, great job and I'd definitely hire them again! Thank you Trees R Us! They used pick axes, pitch forks, shovels and a pole saw. To watch them (they weren't haphazardly swinging either) chop down pieces with the pick ax on a cactus that was taller than they were, my back, my arms, my heart couldn't believe it! We are seniors that truly appreciated all their hard work! Thank you gentlemen!

Hired this business to remove a palo verde tree. Spent hundreds of dollars and was given the reassurance the tree removal would include roots so the tree would not regrow. Crew left behind visible roots and tree has regrown. Called the company and spoke to a woman who said she’d send the crew out between 8-12 the next day to handle the problem. No one showed up and no one called. I will attempt to have them fix the problem again before reporting this business to the BBB and filing a claim in small claims court to get my money back so I can hire another company for this job.

A woman from this company called to tell me a neighbor had arranged for them to have a tree that had fallen in the storm onto my yard. I tried to talk to her for a minute and she all but hung up on me. She was so abrupt and so rude, I would never use them or recommend them. Vey rude. Very unfortunate. I am a realtor and could have gotten their name out in a positive light. Not now!
