Very good experience with the driver. Car condition and cleanliness was good. Driving was safe and not reckless. Driver (Javaid) was punctual. Was willing to wait extra time to drop us at home.

When I ask myself a question : do I want to travelling folks? The only obvious answer for next time and thereafter as well especially for Kashmir is "Yes, of course and of course via travellingfolks". What is Travelling Folks Travel Agency? Someone like the usual travel operators ! Really ? No man !! They are totally different people, they are an agency which makes you feel that you have a family in Kashmir. I am writing this on my way back to Mumbai after my recent trip for which the planning was facilitated extremely well by Mr. Shahid to whom I am very thankful for helping me out even during the trip when needed. What makes this company different is that they truly value the feedback and act on it on immediate basis to make life better for the tourists. Isn't this a strong reason on why we need tour operators ?! The owner and the staff is very professional. All of them are very customer centric and considerate for the tourists and their comfort. My big shout out for our dear buddy cab driver Mr. Manzoor who made it so streamlined for us at each and every step each day. Very disciplined, professional, polite Allah ka bandaa with very good driving skills and a very clean cab. He was not like a driver but like a friend to us throughout the trip and made us very very comfortable. Our daughter and we had very interesting conversations about Kashmir with this very honest good person. A big big big thanks from my family to our entire Travelling Folks family at Kashmir. Wishing Travelling Folks much more success ahead and always.
