Dear Adnan Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're genuinely sorry to hear about your relative’s experience and would like to address your concerns directly and transparently. Firstly, we want to clarify that we do not fail students. The exams are sat under exams conditions and are completed online in which results are released immediately. As a training provider, we are responsible for delivering the syllabus and supporting our learners to the best of our ability, but we CANNOT and DO NOT guarantee a pass for any candidates. Our trainers and admin team are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners, regardless of background or educational experience. We offer guidance both inside and outside of class and encourage learners to engage with the materials thoroughly, including recommended home study, which is part of the required preparation for success. We also want to highlight that every learner is entitled to two free resits for each failed exam paper, at no additional cost. This is part of our commitment to helping all learners succeed. Regarding your concern about the training environment, including the mention of a dog on site, yes there is one on site, however at no time is it roaming freely around the building at all. Therefore, we would like to better understand the issue and would appreciate more details so we can investigate appropriately. We are more than happy to speak with your relative directly to better understand his concerns and offer additional support.
