This firm didn’t inform me of the options I had legally to get out of my situation, I had to find out through someone else that I didn’t even need this representation. They don’t know the law and they will not fight for you.

This guy doesn’t even deserve one star. If you didn’t want our case, you shouldn’t have taken it. If we hadn’t hired a new attorney, my husband would be looking 2-5 years in state prison for a felony. Ben just basically wanted him to plea guilty and throw himself at the mercy of the court. Thank God we hired someone else and received misdemeanor probation for 12 months. Did absolutely nothing to help our case and wasted thousands of dollars.

This guy took 25 grand of mine and I ended up signing same deal offered when arrested 2 years prior. If you need an criminal attorney in tampa Dirk Weed is the only guy to hire, Ben is a joke compared to Dirk. Ben referred his buddy to my co defendant and same deal took 25 grand and did nothing for it. Do not hire this guy.
