This guy doesn’t even deserve one star. If you didn’t want our case, you shouldn’t have taken it. If we hadn’t hired a new attorney, my husband would be looking 2-5 years in state prison for a felony. Ben just basically wanted him to plea guilty and throw himself at the mercy of the court. Thank God we hired someone else and received misdemeanor probation for 12 months. Did absolutely nothing to help our case and wasted thousands of dollars.

If you need an criminal attorney in tampa Dirk Weed is the only guy to hire, Ben is a joke compared to Dirk. Ben referred his buddy to my co defendant and same deal took 25 grand and did nothing for it. Do not hire this guy.
