Ben, Of course you dispute with my statements l it’s because you don’t have a brain. But certain facts cannot be disputed. I requested things you never responded to. You did not communicate with me; when I asked for you to perform/follow up with multiple items, you did nothing. If my card didn’t process for payment, your office had no problem calling me. I regret not firing you long before I even finished the payments to you, because it was obvious you were doing nothing. You’re lazy and I still believe that I could have beaten the primary charge pro se; because he lied. It was right there in his own deposition. You showed up to a motion and asked for something I already had, and didn’t know it. That’s incredibly incompetent. No, I should have fired you and gotten someone who actually put effort in; as everyone I knew and shared what your crooked office did provide - for a fee only of course. Do not hire this lying lazy POS. The reason he can’t go into the particulars of my case will expose his incompetence; as he never once went into the particulars with me - ever. If you need a real attorney, find someone other than someone who is not going to cite their own personal issues to excuse why they didn’t do their job with yup

I wouldn't recommend this crook of a lawyer to anyone - he just my money and accepted the first deal the prosecutor gave despite massive inconsistences in the depositions. He was completely unprofessional and lazy, literally showed up to a motion to ask for something I already had as a complete waste of time. To put emphasize the lack of effort he put in, I got notice of that motion date being changed only 10 minutes before it was originally scheduled, with the excuse that his flight was moved up - which does not happen. When I raised my concerns, Darci had that audacity to call me a "complainer". I went months without hearing from him, asked him if he ever got photos that were strong evidence in my case, to which he never did. He never provided me with copies of things I asked for, and on his advice, I missed my mom's funeral, and was helpless to do anything for her while she was in hospice for two months. He didn't care, he got paid. DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK.

This guy doesn’t even deserve one star. If you didn’t want our case, you shouldn’t have taken it. If we hadn’t hired a new attorney, my husband would be looking 2-5 years in state prison for a felony. Ben just basically wanted him to plea guilty and throw himself at the mercy of the court. Thank God we hired someone else and received misdemeanor probation for 12 months. Did absolutely nothing to help our case and wasted thousands of dollars.
