In addition to weekly CE and training meetings, our teams are intentionally structured with more than enough staff to ensure new employees are surrounded by support, guidance, and hands-on learning from experienced team members. Many of our team members have grown into successful long-term careers here because of that structure. We also take concerns about communication and workplace culture very seriously. The behaviors you described do not align with our expectations or the values that define Tower Street integrity, respect, professionalism, and teamwork. We work continuously to reinforce these standards and encourage open communication so issues can be addressed quickly and constructively. While we cannot discuss individual employment matters publicly, we do make personnel decisions thoughtfully and based on a combination of performance, professionalism, and alignment with our culture.
