Great communication prior to our tour even though we had a change of time. Meeting location by the Colosseum was easy to find and checking in with our guide was good. We met our tour guide inside the Colosseum after security - instructions were clear to do this. Our tour was great- lots of information underground out of the extreme heat before heading to the upper levels.

We booked tickets for the Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel through Thrillophilla, only the tickets were invalid as they did not enter our name, but “Vatican Museum”. We had to buy tickets again. I urinated for weeks, but there was no reaction from Thrillophilla. I can't recommend this company at all. Don't buy there!!!!!

The underground skip the line tour is AMAZING! To be clear it is different than the arena tour and gladiator tour it is everything ! This takes you down under the colosseum where they kept the animals, the history as well as suggestions for how all was managed. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable BUT her Italian accent was so strong it was nearly impossible to understand her English and understand the tour. Would have loved to ask her questions and or learn about the mechanics of how they opened the doors and worked the elevator of sorts with a winch. We could make out bits and pieces only. Otherwise, this tour is the best one to go on to be sure!!
