I made an order and paid 40.00 for next delivery. I didn't receive my package until the 3rd day. I was told by the company that they will not refund my overnight fee because The order was placed after 2 pm. I called before placing this order telling them I needed this item next day and was told I would receive it next day. Overnight means overnight. They refuse to refund me the overnight because . I will never order from this company again. I was told they are a small business. You don't treat your customers this way. I chat with Jessica s.

Lips! I've been coming to Dr. Nicole for almost two years. My lips had filler that had not been done correctly over the years. Dr. Nicole has been the most patient, professional, caring and honest physician I've met and has helped to correct them over time. She's also extremely skilled and intelligent and knows the best aesthetic techniques and best products to use (and not to use). I put my face in her hands and know the outcome will always be great. She's willing to spend the time needed to explain and carefully approach our plans and always uses best practices. I will be a lifer with Dr. Nicole and her staff is amazing, too!!!

I got fillers not long ago and I feel like I paid a high price for results that didn’t last long and I have went somewhere else prior where my fillers lasted a year atleast so I’m kinda dissatisfied but I definitely was very pleased with the staff though very nice people and clean place very well kept and put together atmosphere just was hoping for better results like I had when I got fillers prior to coming here

Locally owned and operated Dr. Nicole Nadel. Scheduling is easy and the service is kind and prompt. Lovely selection is product as well. Her boys are friends with my kids and they’re just the best too!

I've been a loyal member of Totality Medispa for 3 years now since my move to Charleston. Edit—- I ended my membership due to the constant hiring/firing/quitting of employees. It was so hard to see the staff you love and personally go to for each individual service not be there for your next visit. It’s incredible hard to feel comfortable around someone new at times or feel relaxed, and there was always constant change. I’m sorry that the Medispa has changed so much. I wish them the best and thank the prior employees for the excellent services they provided me.

Dr. Nicole has been great! I get occasional Botox (this was new to me and I was able to get a free consult to discuss everything) and I’ve been so happy with my results! Definitely recommend.
