Customer service is terrible
I don’t know if the product works or not. The installation failed, and I can’t get customer service to help me. Don’t get me wrong, they do reply via email 24 hours later, asking one question at a time. How long will it take to fix a multi step process with one question every 24 hours? I don’t think I have the patience to find out. Update 1-17-2024: after receiving the generic response from support here in the App Store, I went to the link, and I got this message: “You already have an open ticket with Total Adblock, you are unable to open any further tickets at this time.” Hahaha! More lack of effective support!

Trash and impossible to cancel
I had to contact the implant company that is uk based and doesn’t even list a number to call. So I emailed them daily and every day they would say change your password everything else will work then. Trash I changed the password ten times atleast and it never worked. The chat employee takes forever so u get tired of waiting and when I ask to cancel he keeps trying to sell me. I finally threatened to take a screenshot of him pressuring me to take a free trial again and only pay 2$ then it was 1$ for 3 mouths before it was all said and done. Point blank a rip-off shouldn’t even be on here. **update** they responded but still kept my 39.99 and 1.99 trial fee that ghey charged me instantly. Like how’s it go from a trial to full price within seconds? Last time I’ll say this, DO NOT GET THIS SERVICE. I’m sure there are good adblockers but this one ain’t it!!!!!!

A dream come true. Where have u been all my life. I’ve had nothing but problems with pop up adds even in the middle of txting someone or on the phone on my Samsung s24 ultra. Also a beautiful phone I need to also download u guys on that to turn it on. Thank u for this. God answers boy. I prayed about this problem cuz I couldn’t find a way to get help. Thx again . Take this as it may, but if you ever listened to any word of advice this might be the one to heed. This app will take on a whole other multi-faceted attack-bot. It finds different ways to keep you hemorrhaging bits of money here and there. Most the time not worth filing a complaint about or doesn’t meet the lower threshold but when added together as a whole adds up to more of your time, sweat and tears that still ends up taking more money than if you had not tried this app. If I get through to one of you it might just be worth it.
