NHS had failed me massively. I was at the point where I could barely even get up off the sofa I found them on the internet as a desperate last ditch attempt to get some answers and and some resolve and they all made me feel very welcome and like I mattered and promptly and professionally found problem and best course of action I can now say I'm so much more able to deal with a day than before treatment started with David they are amazing and have definitely changed my life for the better sorry for the length but a big shout out to all staff at total balance THANKS!!

For me, it's not just a case of relieving symptoms, but the comfort you get when somebody actually understands all those little, strange aches and pains - but doesn't have the medical language. Never a problem with all the people here. Friendly, supportive and effective. I always tell family and friends they should give it a try!

Excellent standards of treatment and very empathic team. It's difficult to imagine saying you like going to the Chiro - but I really do, and have no difficulty recommending friends and relatives who would benefit from their treatments.

I am very satisfied with how my treatment is progressing so far. I would like to thank David my osteomyologist for his professionalism and expertise in helping me get this far with reducing the pain in my shoulder, arm and hand. It has made such a difference with day to day tasks and for getting a decent night's sleep.
All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly and this has made my experiences very rewarding when I visit the centre.

Been having treatment at the centre for the past 6 weeks and I can feel such a difference. I have been suffering with back, hip, neck and foot pain and body stiffness for the past 4 years without being able to get the bottom of it. After an initial assessment with Caitlin, a programme was built and i'm halfway through treatment. I am now able to walk relatively pain free and am able to stand for longer periods of time without discomfort.
I'm so happy that I gave the centre a try because I now feel I am able to achieve what I should be for my age and not feeling 20 years older .
All the staff are so friendly and welcoming from the moment you walk through the door until the moment you leave.

These lovely people make you feel at ease from the very first time you step through their door, they explain everything in simple terms so you feel confident that you understand, I can’t recommend them enough, suffering with lower back pain after only a few visits I could feel a difference. Dear mark and team,
Having suffered with backache for over 30 years and physiotherapy not helping me over numerous times. I decided to try chiropractor services as I had nothing to lose and could actually help me.

Came in with a bad shoulder, could not lift it above my ribs but after just a couple of appointments and doing the movements and things Sarah told me to do my shoulder is back to the way it was at last! Fantastic team and always make you feel welcome when you enter they truthful get to know you. Highly recommend

After suffering from a debilitating back problem and off the scale pain I put my trust in all the team at total balance, they are very professional and friendly, my condition with all the work from their massage and chiropractors and my dedication in the exercises I was given I can honestly say I feel great and now pain free . I now have monthly sessions just to keep my back stable and will continue this as I don't want to go back to the pain i was feeling

Unfortunately they failed to notice that my partner has 3 slipped discs even after X-ray. Rather expensive for the time your in with the practitioner.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received and your partner has been diagnosed with three slipped discs.
Without knowing the full details of your partner’s MRI (which is the only way to diagnose slipped discs), or knowing your partners name to review their notes to know exactly what happened during their time at our centre I can not comment specifically on their case. However, potentially they could still have responded to the care provided as we have had great results in the past and currently with clients who have disc issues helping to provide pain relief and improving function and strength.
To clarify your comment about the X-rays. These cannot be used to diagnose slipped discs, and all our paid for X-rays are reviewed by a consultant radiologist to ensure nothing is missed. Regarding the cost vs time comment, we do not charge on a time basis, you get enough time to cover whatever care is deemed required by your practitioner.
Again, I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with the service you have received and wish you and your partner all good luck for the future.
