I had to cancel/change appointments twice, back to back weeks and not one negative word from the owner. Rob was responsive and flexible and did more than we discussed. The siding in the backyard looks great and the windows look nice and clean. His pricing was competive, saved me money. I will use him on an annual bases... BTW - he powerwashed my brick mailbox that now looks like NEW!

Although I asked for an itemized list of what would be covered by his estimate of $250-300 he did not provide it. I kept a detailed list of what he said he would do when we talked. The house was done & looked good. My fault I proceeded, because on the day he provided the services he hadn't done the back patio, the front porch, the driveway or the sidewalk as we had discussed. When I asked him to do what he had agreed to he reluctantly did the back patio & front porch. When he came back for payment I asked why the driveway wasn't done. He said it would be $100 more. He couldn't find his notes on what he had agreed to do in his estimate. Just to get it done, I offered to split the difference & pay $350 which he grudgingly agreed to. After he had gone I noticed he hadn't done the sidewalk, one chair on the front porch was covered in splatter as well as my mailbox. Moral of the story get a detailed estimate in writing. I would never recommend him to anyone else.

My three year old new construction home looked as if it was 20 years old. I hired Top Gun to pressure wash the exterior. Excellent job. This is not some guy with a little pressure cleaner from a diy store. They are the real deal with a trailer that supplies hot water, high pressure and good knowledge. My home looks new again and I WILL BE BOOKING A YEARLY WASH WITH THEM TO KEEP IT THIS WAY!
