Their response time was great, but they did not tell me how much they would charge me over the phone just to inspect my problem, the technician came to my home and didn't help me resolve my problem and insisted on charging me 95$ for a simple inspection that lasted 8-10 minutes and the drive time for them wasn't that long especially because I looked up how far they where from my home and its literally down the street about 8min from my home. I'm going to be honest if i they told me the inspection price was that much i wouldn't of had the tech come to my home and waste mine and their time. It would be helpful if they had their prices on their website.
Biggest Grease Clogged in my Kitchen Sink!!!
Tony’s Drain & Sewer Cleaning saved the day! They were able to unclog my kitchen sink that had grease accumulated over a period of 15+ years 😒 in less then 2 hours.
We moved to our house about 3 years ago and we quickly noticed that the kitchen sink drained slowly. We made the mistake of not setting it at the top of the list of things that had to get fixed around the house. This Spring, we finally decided to fix it and also have a garbage disposal installed so we decided to call a handyman.
Oh boy! Little we know that this was the beginning of a nightmare! After putting through a 25ft snake the handyman let me know that I needed a plumber and he recommended one. The first plumber that came to our house used a 50ft snake and the issue was not fixed and to make matters worse at this point the sink wasn’t draining at all 😩! He suggested to have the pipeline replaced which involved busting the basement ceiling. We have a finished basement. Before getting a second opinion, my husband rented a 100ft snake but didn’t clear the clogged. The second plumber didn’t even wanted to touch the sink and suggested to replace the pipes as well so at this point we were freaking out!
Luckily, we decided to look for other options and one of them was hydro jetting the pipeline. After calling several plumbing companies that didn’t offer residential hydro jetting, one of them highly recommended Tony’s Drain & Sewer Cleaning for solving our clogged.

They took the time to familiarize themselves with our pipe system and they also took the time to explain how everything was going to work. One can always tell when someone has experience and they sure did. After many buckets filled with grease that the hydro jetting ejected from the pipe, my kitchen sink was unclogged 🤩🎉!!! Sergio filled my sink with water to show me that it was draining like it should and they warranty their job for 3 months!
They took good care of my house as it was their own. They used boot covers, they moved the rugs that were on the way of the hose that they used to prevent any damage. Once they were done, there was no mess whatsoever! I thought for sure that I would have to clean after they finished but that was not the case at all! Their prices are affordable! Overall it was a great experience! I highly recommend Tony’s Drain & Sewer Cleaning!!! Thank you guys for taking good care of us!
