We had a walk in shower put in and needed it done before we moved our Mom in. They set up the time and did an awesome job. Even after finding a couple of bad boards once they opened up the wall, it was done without delay. Courteous and beautiful job! Thank you, Toledo New Bath.

Dennis was very professional did an excellent job kept the area nice and clean and safe kept the water running for us,, as we only had 1 bathroom. He checked everything for us as he's installing it we are very very happy and would recommend him highly to anyone who's looking for his services. He went beyond what was expected in helping me install a new toilet.

I have nothing but great things to say about Nick, the installer. He, in my opinion, is a master craftsman and a very customer oriented individual. As for the clean-up, for me there was none. He was meticulously thorough and the post construction area was as clean, if not cleaner than before

We had a new ADA walking shower installed the last two days. It looks great! Kevin at Toledo New Bath help us choose the color, Dennis did a wonderful job with installation. He is an amazing craftsman. He kept the work area clean , and he educated us on the use of our new walking shower. We feel blessed that we had it done. Thank you Stan and Lin

The price was right and the design worked out met our needs. The installer, Justin, was methodical, caring and paid attention to detail and good at his job. Very happy with New Bath, old tub gone, new shower installed and it is beautiful.

Ran well until it leaked & then the 4 month nightmare began! Series of failed repair attempts by New-Bath resulted in total replacement of tub by SanSpa. New tub installation was left unfinished and had to hire & pay 2 outside contractors to complete electrical and panel construction and installation.
