We bought our acrylic tub from New Bath approximately eight years ago. Justin was our installer, and he did a fantastic job. About a month ago we noticed some dark spots on the tub approximately seven or eight spots we thought was something to do with the acrylic messing up. I tried cleaning them and they would not go away. We called new Bath, and they got a hold of Justin, and he called immediately and came the next day. He said it looked like we had spilled something on there, but it was not an acrylic problem. He had some cleaner he used and it took just a few minutes, and it was just like new. Justin was informative and polite. I highly recommend Justin for any job you need done. Thank you

We first learned about Toledo New Bath at the Wood Co Fair. We scheduled an in-home estimate to replace our cast iron tub enclosure with a shower. A designer came out the next week to show us different options for our installation. We had a slight wrinkle in our project because we wanted to replace our standard window with an obscured glass “picture window” and also needed the work completed in the next 3½ months. The designer said this would not be a problem and he would get us a price for the window and schedule the install. Well apparently, the window was a problem and the designer basically “ghosted” us for over 3 weeks. After numerous calls to the office, we were ready to forget about the project. Then we were contacted by Stephanie who sent another designer, James, to our home. James apologized for all the miscommunications and delays. He offered us a great price, including a few extras because of the problems we first encountered. He also assured us we could still get the project done in time, so we placed the order. While it was a long, sometimes frustrating process we couldn’t be happier with the results! Once the materials arrived things moved fast and we had a great installation experience. Our installer, Justin, arrived on time, worked hard, explained what was happening throughout the process, and was courteous, professional and pleasant. It took a full three days for our installation, but the results were outstanding! Despite the problems we first encountered we heartedly recommend Toledo New Bath If you are looking to upgrade your bathroom!

We replaced tub/shower surround with walk in shower also replacing flooring in main bathroom. In addition we replaced the shower in upstairs bathroom. Our installer was Nick and he was terrific. He explained the work , got our input and kept us informed on progress. The work done was exceptional and he left everything clean and spotless. Great job by Nick. Would highly recommend him.

I love the final product, my bathroom is beautiful, my family never who also had bathrooms done the work done is beautiful. HOWEVER, the price is incredibly expensive, the salesman are NOT PLUMBERS so don't let them be the one to tell you that your shower/ bath can't be fixed and needs replacing (the answer will be yes, you should replace that, and no, it's not safe to continue using). Then the installer came 8 weeks later, after $7k unrefundable deposit and says "no, this is not broken, no is not leaking through". So while I love my new bath tub and shower, I did not HAVE to replace it. $14k seems so much for this "repair". At my family members home, took forever, they're was not a designer for the full bathroom Re-do and was left with items not done as a result. This is NOT a new bathroom company, it's a new bath fixtures company. They don't really do anything in the walls, you are on your own for most accessories, most wall mounted items. And expect a life time supply of construction dust in the air and settling all through the bath and adjoining rooms.

We used Toledo New-Bath to install a new shower. From the quote until completion was approximately 6 weeks. Mike, the estimator, was very polite and experienced. The real star of the show was the installerJustin, who brought his many years of expertise along with his attention to detail skills. He had great communication skills explaining what was to be expected every step of the way, and we appreciated how tiddy and clean everything was left at the end of the day. Justin did an awesome job, and we are satisfied with the final result, which took 3 days. I must mention that we were surprised at the cost of a new shower remodel as it was double what we originally thought it would be.

Tony Garzony and his team were Outstanding on a bathroom remodel they just finished in Fostoria, Ohio. My sister takes daily care for our 90 year old mother, so an entirely new bathroom was a necessity. Stephanie worked with us to create an awesome design, that provided a modern look with all the “extras” for our Mom. Pat Rahm , our installer, worked tirelessly to give the bathroom a new look, that included tile, a cool looking shower, a vanity and all new fixtures. All of this was accomplished at a very fair price!! I highly recommend the TEAM at Toledo New Bath!!!💪
