We are so sorry we couldn’t help you. When we review your bank statements we check for any other payments you have that could mean that our repayment may be unaffordable to you. This is for your protection and a requirement for all lenders. We hope that we may get the chance to help you in the future when your circumstances change.
Im so sorry we couldnt help you on this occasion. We need to ask the reason for missed payments to ensure that we are not putting you in financial difficulty. We certainly would not want to upset you. We are required to conduct a thorough affordability assessment before funding any loan for any customer.

After an initial rejection I was able to speak to your team and provide further information which was a revelation that a business did all it could to work with the latest information and assist me in my application. Couldn’t commend your staff enough.
Thanks so much Martin. Really appreciate your review and happy you were pleased with our service.

⭐ Beware of TM Advances: Irresponsible Lending Practices ⭐
I am utterly disappointed with TM Advances and their reprehensible lending practices. In 2019, despite acknowledging that their loan to me was irresponsible and unaffordable, they shamelessly lent me money knowing they were likely preying on someone vunerable, oblivious to the immense financial and emotional distress it caused me.
TM Advances not only failed to log my complaint but also continued pressuring me for repayment, even resorting to legal action when confronted. This callous disregard for the consequences of their actions is appalling.
Their reckless lending led to a catastrophic impact on my life. I suffered from debilitating mental health issues, including severe anxiety and depression, resulting in multiple suicide attempts and police interventions. Additionally, their relentless pursuit of payment worsened my already dire situation, pushing me to the brink of financial ruin.
The damage inflicted by TM Advances is irreversible. Despite their belated acknowledgment and the eventual write-off of the debt, the scars remain, both financially and emotionally.
I strongly advise anyone considering engaging with TM Advances to think twice. Their negligent and predatory lending practices demonstrate a blatant disregard for their customers' welfare. Steer clear and seek financial assistance elsewhere, where integrity and empathy prevail.
Honestly, don't waste your time, as with others ask you everything, get all of your information then say no. Mislead you by saying the call is a loan "completion call" and ask you everything apart from the colour of your knickers! I am actually quite relieved i was declined but stupid to give them my info and access to bank account. BE WARNED!
My partner had a loan of this company for 3 thousand pounds had to pay back 10 thousand over 4 years they prey on the desperate disgraceful interest rate
Fantastic service I don’t know we’re all the bad reviews come from I got behind and they helped me out treated just like any other main high street lender very polite when you speak to them or you have a problem yes there rates are high but it is sub prime finance so its what’s to expect and I know what I was paying when I signed the agreement
Took out a £1500 loan and relayed it early a reduced rate to save myself £1500 interest. Really helpful company albeit an exceptionally high interest rate
I have a loan with them my payments have been up to date until few months ago . Due to covid my circumstances have changed. I have contacted them about lowering payments for now even got a debt company involved to help and they turned them down. Horrible company don't care about their customers. They need to be shut down. I don't know how they've been going for so long and how their allowed to get away with their interest rates and how they treat their customers
Jumped through all the hoops, even had a phone conversation during which I was being asked questions regarding specific transactions in my bank account then told I'd get a call back after the finalise some things to get a text "your application has been declined" without any further reason. Bug's the hell out of me that they're going through highly sensetive information with what seems like 0 actual intention of moving forward to then end the process through a text of all things.
The process of applying for a loan was straight forward and transparent. Funds available within half an hour after approval. The negative reviews on here are misleading, giving reasons such as a high interest rate and being chased when payments are not made. Newsflash...we are all sub prime customers and these guys are lenders who take in an enormous amount of risk which is reflected in the interest and the amount you have to pay back. The amount payable in interest, the general terms of the loan and the the fact that they ‘front load’ (included in a few negative reviews) is all discussed during the application process. In addition, the responsibility is not just on the lender to outline the terms etc but maybe some of you guys should do your own homework before accepting the money. Strikes me as the negativity displayed is a few cases of ‘I’ve got the cash but now I don’t want to pay’. To me they came across as professional and transparent in their dealings. Don’t apply if you don’t like the terms and be honest with yourself with regard to the situation you have got yourself into by mismanaging your credit in the past. I am.
The problem is they give you no reason NOT TO POST a bad review. You appeal to their better nature and still get nowhere. I am not sure naming people is correct or personally attacking them, but sadly you have no choice but to agree with everyone's experiences. But what is worse, is they do not care about these reviews, nobody polices them to take action and frankly it is just a sad reality that it will carry on
