Why have someone answer the phone if they can’t answer questions on scheduling and cost? I’ve been trying to schedule a dental cleaning for weeks and this clinic has failed to get back to me multiple times

I brought my 17 year old Chihuahua "Clair" in after I accidentally stepped on her. I was incredibly worried, but Dr Lara thoroughly examined her and confirmed that nothing was broken. Even though everything looked good on the initial exam, my dog kept limping. Dr Lara recommended a course of laser therapy, which worked wonders. He stated she needed time because she was like a 90 year old lady. Kudos to Christian, Vivian, Diego, and Mario the veterinary technicians who took her back who were incredibly caring, gentle and kept her safe. Thanks to Dr Lara smart recommendations and the wonderful staff my Clair is better. If you want a vet clinic that truly cares about your pet, this is the place!!

Today I woke up to an emergency for my little kitty. I drove as fast as I could but the lights kept me from rushing. I finally made it to TLC and we ran in holding my baby who was having problems breathing. We told the staff to please help my baby and the staff rushed and took my baby to the back. I want to thank you for that. After 3 minutes we got taken into a room and Dr. Garcia came in and told us the news that no pet parent wants to hear or ever are ready to hear. She was caring and very compassionate. My daughter and I made the hardest decision but we did it out of love. We spent a small amount of time with our kitty, our baby. He was suffering that's why we didn't spend a lot of time with him. We told him how much he was loved and we said our good byes. Dr. Garcia came in and she put our baby to sleep. Thank you so much all that you did and for caring so much. Thank you to the vet tech who walked us out to the side and who also showed us that he cared and offering us comfort. Thank you all.

had a dying kitten in my hands. they answered for a split second, and then put me on hold for 15 minutes. when i called back, because all i wanted to ask was if they'd take an abandoned kitten i found in the sun, it rang for 8 minutes before they put me on an 'AI veterinary assistant'. genuinely ridiculous. answer your phones for 5 seconds next time, and the kitten might've had a chance of surviving.
Dr. Priscilla Rubio performed life saving surgery on my dog last summer and he has been living his best life since then. I received the best patient care from her and her team. I am forever grateful for her knowledge and skills!

The Powerful Duo

We took our pup Georgie to TLC Animal Hospital early Saturday morning because we were concerned that his surgical site might be infected. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Lara and tech Mario greeted us with such warmth and compassion.
What a powerful duo! Both were incredibly professional and knowledgeable, while also being so playful, gentle, and loving with Georgie. You could genuinely see the care and tenderness in the way they handled him, which meant so much to us during an already stressful visit.
Unfortunately, they also had to deliver some not-so-great news regarding Georgie’s diagnosis. Dr. Lara and Mario were incredibly thoughtful, kind, and compassionate in the way they spoke with us and helped us process the information. We never felt rushed, and we truly felt that Georgie was being cared for as more than just another patient.
I especially want to recognize Dr. Lara and Mario and thank them for the exceptional care they gave our boy. Their combination of professionalism, compassion, warmth, and even a little playfulness made a difficult morning much easier for us.
TLC Animal Hospital is very fortunate to have these two on their team. Thank you, Dr. Lara and Mario, for taking such wonderful care of Georgie and for showing our family so much kindness. ❤️🐾

Do NOT take your pets here if you expect customer service and someone to answer the phone. They are more about making money than taking care of pets.Only good thing there is Dr Lara.
My husband and I have been taking our boys there for over 15 years and the staff there have all been amazing, caring, and so compassionate. After Dr Johnson retired we started seeing Dr Lara and he is wonderful. He followed up with us when we were very concerned about one of our boys. We were amazing and so impressed by him. Till this day we will never go anywhere else. The staff there have always provided the upmost care to our babies. I love their TikTok’s, I love how they are always smiling and having fun. I love how Dr Dashley researched all the popular dog foods and gave her list of recommendations and questioned the companies and their ingredients. They all go above and beyond. The entire office staff, techs, and doctors are all amazing. No one is rude and no matter how busy it gets they never look flustered and treat everyone with kindness including the fur babies. We will never go to any other vet!!! We love TLC and so do our boys.
