They did an amazing job on my mustang, whoever did my tint obviously took the time to do a quality job, thats why I never mind when things take a while, I usually prefer that over having something done quickly. No bubbling or liquid at all, the tint looked like it was already set in as soon as I got my car back, great place.
Took my dodge charger for tint, told them my car is registered in North Carolina, she check online and told we will keep it legal 35% there will be minor differences. All tint was excellent done, but rear back window tint gone bad, when I took to llumar dealer in nc, they informed me it’s illegal tint 26 percent and nc state need to be 35, I have to pay all the expenses to take it off and install another tint only rear window was covered in warrant. I called and explained her everything, her answer was owner is out of town. 2nd we got your signature on 30percent tint receipt. Inexperience staff. Misguiding the customer. I was clear I want legal tint as per Nc state. But
I got a tint from Tint King a few years back 5% all around. They did a great job and it lasted about a year until my tint actually started to come off in the back passenger side! I contacted them and they said if I didn’t have a pamphlet that was given to me when I got the tint then my warranty is void. This was back in 2022ish. Fast forward to now I was driving by tint king and figured I’d ask again. Sure enough that policy has changed and they are now covering my tint under warranty! Alex is very professional and compassionate was willing to fix it the same day! I will forever use tint king for all my cars! Quality work and they will make things right!
Just got my truck done today. 5% all around 35 down the whole windshield. They did a hell of a job, it looks GREAT. Going to bring my wife’s car back in the near future to get the same thing done. Easy nice people to work with. Great communication. Don’t go anywhere else. Thanks again guys!
So normally, I don’t leave a review for this kind of stuff until I know after the days that it’s fine and it’s not gonna bubble up or fall off. However with the great warranty and everything that I got from them, I’ve decided to leave a review. So to tell you that I am happy with my experience at Tint King is an understatement. Will is fantastic. He cares about what the customer needs. He cares about the questions because believe me I asked 1000 of them and he answered every single one of them with honesty. I will recommend them to whomever asks me. I’ve already sent 9, 10 of my friends there already to get theirs done and Family. Again, I usually don’t do this, but my experience was just fantastic. You will not be sorry if you go here to get your windows done. They will treat you like family and their good people.
