It was unfortunate that I only worked with Max for a couple of week's I was looking forward to a long term pt training regime but i/he couldn't fit our times around my schedule that being said I would recommend him to anyone.looking to improve themselves physically. He is thorough and came up with a very specialised plan for my specific needs. I was very disappointed to not continue.

Max is absolutely wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. He provides a personalised fitness, nutrition and life coaching program that will see you making incredible gains. I've made more progress in weight loss, healthy eating and strength gains in one month with Max than I previously made in six months of going to a regular gym. Plus, working out with Max is fun! You will feel like a million dollars after every session!

Max will give you motivation to exercise and to eat healthy. He knows how to push you and you will feel proud of yourself. Great place with all the equipment to learn to exercise properly and to change your habits. I highly recommend Max and his gym👌

When you’ve tried the rest and keep getting the same old results go to the best! Private tailor made exercise plans frequently changed to keep the workouts fresh and motivate you to improve. Highly recommend.

I have been attending Max’s gym for over three years now and have been in much better physical shape since day one. Max pays great attention to detail and while he will always have an exercise plan ready for each session he will often change it based on my week gone by and issues which might affect the plan detrimentally. He pushes me but recognises my limits as we work. He watches my performance and corrects me in posture or other issues. Food is a big issue and while initially I had to cut down on intake until my weight gradually came down, it also showed me how to eat properly and well. People still ask me how my diet is going. I was never on a diet but I do eat differently while eating well. I got down to my optimum weight after about 3 months of twice weekly sessions. For the last two years I go once a week for maintenance. I enjoy the sessions and Max makes them enjoyable and we can laugh. I can also have a blowout on one weekend day but Max has also armed with the tools to deal with this. I would totally recommend Max to anyone of any age. They will not regret it.

Max’s approach to personal training is very client focused with all elements of your sessions tailored to the individual. This is not some out of the box standardised approach. Everything you do is specific to your individual circumstances and abilities and designed to ensure that you progress towards your health and fitness goals. Max has many years experience and expertise across a number of fields from nutrition to exercise to life coaching and provides a holistic approach to suit your needs and goals and he does it all with good humour and lots of encouragement and confidence building. No matter where you are starting from physically and mentally, I have no doubt that Max will positively impact your health journey. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Absolute amazing service gives brilliant advice that can work within your daily life and see the results. Max is very motivational and explains everything so well so you can understand the effects the food and exercise has on the body and incorporated it into your everyday plan which makes the whole process stress free. I would highly recommend Time Out Fitness
