Scamming people for event tickets Ticketmaster is a full scam. BEWARE OF ANYONE USING THEM. READ THEIR REVIEWS. They sell tickets and then do not deliver and put you in a bind on the day of the show. They notified me that my order did not get "fulfilled" Nine days later! I lost my chance! This is my experience while attempting to purchase pre-concert tickets for Shakira on this website. On the day the tickets went on sale, I diligently waited in front of my computer, eager to secure 4 seats for this highly anticipated event. I successfully completed the entire purchase process, including selecting seats, providing personal details, and making the payment ($8,354.51). I even received a confirmation email, with my tickets in "pending status", stating I would be notified via email once the purchase was completed. To my utter shock, I received an email NINE DAYS later informing me that my order had been "rejected" and that I would not receive the tickets. This delay in communication is unacceptable, especially when dealing with time-sensitive events. I am outraged that this website would display tickets that are not genuinely available for purchase. If they are not sure of ticket availability, they should not be displayed as available for customers to buy. This misleading practice wastes valuable time and causes immense frustration. I have used multiple ticketing websites, and I have never experienced such an issue. Once the transaction is finished, customers should be able to receive their tickets without any ambiguity. Their current statement claiming "Easily Get Your Tickets Fast. 100% Guaranteed Tickets" is highly misleading. It would be more transparent if they disclose on their website that "if we can get the tickets you've purchased, great. If not, we will tell you in 9 days." Their reliance on a third-party to fulfill orders means that customers never have the guarantee of receiving the tickets they purchased. Due to this terrible experience, I am now forced to buy tickets at a much higher price, which is unacceptable! I'm sure many other customers have faced the same problems. Stay away from this website & use Vivid Seats (best customer service ever) or Ticket Master. When you purchased on these sites, you will get your tickets right away!

Scoops up all tickets in areas with interest. They scoop up all tickets in area that has interest. Several friends and I were coordinating seats and getting tickets on Ticketmaster. One person went in 5 minutes later and the 7 seats including the single in our row were gone from ticket master and on ticketsmarter for a higher price. This was not a floor seat huge sellout event so no one swooped in. They clearly have an algorithm or something that scoops up tickets in popular areas. Such a scam and slimey thing to do.

Ripoff Ticket Smarter charges a much higher fee for tickets to the Houston Children’s Hospital Golf Tournament. Tickets should be $45 and TS charges $73 plus $9 service fee plus tax. Paid double for two tickets. Ugg ! I feel ripped off !

TicketSmarter - WOW! HUGE Scammers! AVOID THEM!!! Short Story - Very complex site that looks legit where I was referred to by my Credit Card (Chase) for cash back, but upon further research I found a LOT of deception. Avoid them and stay safe!!! LONG Story - I was going to get my Daughter and son-in=law some tickets for Christmas. Ticket prices can be outrageous these days, so I looked for some way to save. My Chase Credit card showed a 10% cashback if I bought through TicketSmarter, so I followed the link. My Daughter mentioned she liked a band called Sleep Token, so we both went looking for tickets and seats she might like, and that I could afford. I sent her the Link to TicketSmarter as that was the site I could get a 10% cashback from Chase. She found some seats (See image), so I went to look on MY computer. Look at the price difference!!! Hers showed she could get the EXACT, SAME seats for $197.00 each, while MY screen showed them at $229.00 each. I'd be paying MORE than 10% more for the same seats. We were looking at them AT THE SAME TIME. I decided to look in a different browser and it showed them at $197.00 as well. Seems like a bit of a scam, and trying to compensate for the Chase's 10% discount. I went back an hour later on MY ORIGINAL browser, and YUP, that STILL showed them at a higher price. SO now my Daughter and I decide to look elsewhere, even on the Sleep Token site. Sleep Tokens site had links and messages that the tickets would go on sale IN TWO DAYS. Even other ticket sites were advertising the tickets would go on sale 12/8/2023. So, how can TicketSmarter POSSIBLY have the tickets for sale 2 or more days earlier? Do your own research, but I NEVER would trust these deceptive scalpers/scammers. I couldn't post the images here to show the shady workings I mentioned, but I did post them on a review I posted on sitejabber as proof of their deceptive business practices. Ticketsmarter Is A Scam Ticketsmarter was my worst ticket buying experience EVER! I paid over $600 for two floor tickets to see Dave Chappelle on Oct 31 way back on 9/9. My tickets weren’t transferred until Oct 30. They tried to scam me by transferring terrace level tickets and never bothered to notify me of an issue. Ticket section and seat read almost exactly as what I ordered except they were terrace level. I sent request, they said it was an error and offered a half off but terrace level tickets was still cost less than what they offered me. On the day I purchased, there were lots of floor tickets, but now it’s sold out. I requested a manager call and he didn’t attempt to offer anything else but a refund. Totally BLOWN experience! My wife and I was so looking forward to this show. I will NEVER EVER do business with these slimes again. One image is what I purchased and the other is what they sent me.

Bait and switch company, do not use. Do not use ticketsmarter. They are a ticket re sale website, that use bait and switch tactics to get you to buy tickets. Waste of time and money, going through bank to get my refund for their fraudulent activities.

DO NOT BUY CONCERT TICKETS- YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM! I have not received my tickets and my concert is tonight July 8th! I have been emailing and on the phone with the Reps. They keeping saying the Seller has emailed- transferred the tickets to me and that is absolutely a lie! I have pleaded with them to retranfer those tickets to me but nothing has been done since Friday July 7th- all morning thru evening.These were almost $900 for the 2 tickets to Freestyle Festival 2023. Do not purchase from this website! Go directly to Ticketmaster or Vivid Seats for peace of mind. Not worth trying to save $50-$100 on these bogus companies. The stress and headache and the dispute calling the credit card for a refund and investigation and reporting them to BBB. Beware- this is a SCAM business! Please read all reviews from other sources. I regret not doing my research and reading about this bad place!
