We are remote first tech start up and our yearly company retreats are very important for us. It gives us a chance to connect with our colleagues across the globe and build great relationships which in return help us work better together remotely. The Campfire team exceeded our expectations with a 10/10 venue, fun activities and 24/7 care and attention to all our needs. They really took the stress out of planning and last minute changes. I hosted our annual company retreat for 65 people in June at the Workation Island and it was an amazing, unforgettable experience. We are a remote company so our annual retreat is the one time we come together to build connections, which is why the event is so important for us. The island was a perfect location that exceeded expectations. It is a beautiful castle and property and you can not beat the island / lake scenery. It was the perfect blend of working together in nature. A beautiful location is just one part of the sauce. Planning and hosting a trip for 65 requires an extreme focus on the details, logistics planning, and thoughtfulness. Natalia was our project manager and host who works for Workation Island and we could not have done it without her. This was our 2nd retreat hosted by Natalia and I chose Workation Island largely because of the trust we built from our first retreat. She is extremely detail oriented and thinks about every tiny detail to ensure it is an amazing experience for all. On the arrival day, people lost luggage and their phone and she dropped everything to help navigate the returns. She is 100% dedicated to customer service, provides a 1st class experience and I trusted her explicitly to take care of our team. She also even taught our morning yoga classes while hosting. You can not go wrong if Natalia is your host from the Campfire Company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Campfire outdid themselves this year with handling our annual retreat in a beautiful lake-island. Natalia did an amazing job hosting us and was incredibly accommodating to our questions and requests. The choice of hotels and restaurants clearly came from the personal taste of the Campfire crew. It all made for a very memorable experience with colleagues I rarely get to meet in person.

I recently had the pleasure of working with an amazing event organisers Natalia. I can't say enough good things about them! From the get-go, they were friendly, professional, and super organized.
