We just got our windows installed by The Window Factory and we love them! We have been working with James and Brittany for a few months now. James was great in explaining the process of the windows and answering all our questions. Brittany was amazing at keeping in contact with us. Since we live in a townhouse they helped a lot with the HOA approval process. Eddie, and his team were friendly and did such a great job at installing our windows and keeping our house clean while they worked. Thank you Window Factory!

Save yourself from trouble by going with The Window Factory from the start. Eyal is easy to work with, responds right away, and is very professional. We did 2 windows and a door, which is a small job, but this company will still take care of you as if you are their best customer. The best part of it is the installers. They are really thorough and they keep it clean. I was very happy with Eddie's work. It was not an easy job, but he spent a long time to get it just right.

Windows look great, had 3 sliding windows installed today. James was a big help and the installers were very friendly.

We needed 2 sliding doors and 3 windows replaced, Steve came out and gave us a quote it was fast and easy. The installation was great and they cleaned up after themselves. The windows and doors look great thanks guys!

We currently have an order in to replace all of our windows. So far everything is going great and James has been such a great help.

Although we eventually went with a company that offered cheaper brand and did not work with Window factory on our project, I still highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a windows or door replacement job. James was professional and knowledgeable. We also visited their show room and saw their products, they seemed to be of high quality. It is worth having at least a consultation with the company.

One of the best experiences I’ve had as far as professional grade work and great customer service goes. They were about 3 weeks late to install but the staff stayed in contact with me and always kept me informed. i will be referring their services to everyone i know 20/10 great job.

Owning, maintaining, and renovating multiple properties in the Los Angeles area is always a stressful task. Good team of individuals throughout. Very thorough consultation with Steve. I needed to understand why my home was having leaks around my existing windows during the rainy season. I was happy to order the proper windows for my replacement rather than a "copy paste" dealer window. The new windows have not only enhanced the appearance of my home but also significantly improved our energy efficiency. Our experience with James was exceptional. He was very responsive to our needs and made sure everything was taken care of. Although we only had one window replaced we would definitely use The Window Factory again if the need arises.

Had a consultation with David and I was able to build out the window grid options that perfectly fit the aesthetic of my home. The window factory handled everything after that appointment with ease and the installation team was done in one day. Never had to chase anyone for answers, they are always ontop of every detail. I can't say enough great things about The Window Factory. I decided to replace all the windows, two sliders, and upgrade with two bay windows. James, the factory representative, explained all the issues and problems with window installation, how their windows are manufactured, and how their company excels compared to others in customer satisfaction. They use their own installers rather than using an outside contractor which is what I wanted. I also spoke with the company owner and he was dedicated to ensuring I was satisfied with the product and service provided. I would not hesitate to use the Window factory in the future and will highly recommend them to others in the future. Truly a professional company which is hard to find these days.

Extremely happy and very satisfied with The Window Factory! Special thanks to James and the installation crew! We had an emergency situation where our sliding glass door just shattered out of the blue. Found them on yelp and they were able to send James came out to us same day to check out our situation. He broke down the pricings and timeline for us and seemed to be very informed. He was able to get a crew out to remove the shattered door, clear out all the broken glass, and board up the open space. Because of our situation, he managed to expedite the production for our order, which I am very grateful for. It was very hot that day, but the crew showed up early morning, on time, and worked hard to complete the installation despite the hot weather. James was very professional, prompt, going above and beyond to help us out. Kept me up to date along the way, and made sure to accommodate us and ease our stress as much as possible.
