Visited Waterfront London Vauxhall Riverside Restaurant & Bar on 26/03/26 for my mum’s celebration and had such a lovely experience. Hussein was so sweet and thoughtful, he brought out a cake for my mum which made the night feel really special. Also, the Black waiter (sorry I didn’t catch your name!) made amazing drinks and gave us great food recommendations which we all loved. Ahmed, who works in the shisha section, was also amazing and made sure we were looked after throughout the night. Great customer service, lovely atmosphere, amazing food, drinks and shisha. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back!

Schönes Lokal in toller Lage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aber man muss sich melden wenn man etwas möchte und die Wartezeiten sehr lange auf alles auch wenn nicht viel los ist. Ich habe den Lachs bestellt und muss sagen da hatte ich schon deutlich Besseren zu günstigeren Preisen. Preis/Leistung ist für mich im Vergleich zu anderen überteuert beim Essen. Aber für einem Drink mit Guter Aussicht sicherlich empfehlenswert.

Dear Ismael Kone, Thank you for your review. I am disappointed that we did not meet your expectations and apologise. I understand you visited the River Thames Terrace on Friday, which was exceptionally busy and fully booked (unexpectedly due to the great weather), this took us by surprise, however we informed every customer that the food would take a little longer due to the full capacity, there were no delays in the drinks or shisha. I am very surprised you feel you were overcharged, this is very strange as this has never been raised after the bill is paid, please can you email in the bill, please let us know what you think has been over charged and we will investigate (check cameras if needed), and deal with any concern immediately. Please do come back, and enjoy the views on the river front terrace in the summer months. Thank you

I went with three of my friends. We ordered some fries from terrace we were feeling a bit hungry but they didn’t give us ketchup mayo sharing plates or napkins nothing. I asked them twice but they still didn’t bring them. So I stood up went to the service station and asked a waiter there but they ignored completely and it was not busy at all. So, took the napkins myself from the counter most pathetic restaurant service I have ever had. Also, we found calamari in our fries 🙂

Great bar restaurant overlooking the river on the south side of Vauxhall Bridge. Forget what you used to know about this area 20 years ago, it is now a modern mixed use development and this bar sits right in the middle of it, a minute’s walk from the station. Sit out here of an evening looking at the river, enjoying good food and drink and a shisha. Friendly and helpful staff.

Ive been coming to waterfront for years and a few weeks ago I attended with my sister and Hussane made it very pleasant for us. I did promise to leave a review because of how great the service was but unfortunately, I managed to break my phone within that time.

Food was okay. Everything felt mediocre. Service was absent - everytime we needed something , we had to waive at the waiters passing by. Atmosphere is nice and good energy but didn’t appreciate far right wing news on every tv. Overall disappointed by poor quality food and service.
