That was a lovely experience we have so much fun the drinks and the food was amazing and services was excellent special the stuff were very friendly and professional special AJ he was so funny and look after us big time , definitely coming back

A great event by waterfront - RNB night. All the tunes from the 80s - 2000s - If you didn't come you missed out for sure. Fingers crossed another event occurs Soon !!
The live DJ, the vibes and the atmosphere was top tier - And for no extra price . The steak cooked to Perfection and all the staff in the restaurant were friendly and attentive . Massive respect to the kind manager RAHIM who was in white, making the RNB night even more special. Also the Bartenders MARIA AND SALVATORE were great. I would Highly recommend the blue angels the best drink by far and Very STRONG - Defo worth the £££

Lovely food and location. All was going well, till I went out for 5 mins to take a phone call and these unprofessional staff decided it was okay to approach my wife and tell her that one of their colleagues likes her, which made her whole experience absolutely terrible, the level of disrespect is unbelievable I hope the owner responds to this message and deals with the situation in hand. The tall boy clearly doesn’t respect the business.

Delicious, delectable, and divine!
Highly recommend taking the time to come and dine out at this restaurant. Food and drinks are absolutely divine! I came here with our family on our first night in London, and we were not disappointed. As with most restaurants in London, don’t be surprised when the bill comes to the table, but it really is worth every penny.

The place is great and so are the staff. Louis M was our waiter and he made our experience worth it. He was very friendly and helpful and answered every question we had. The views are also amazing.

AVOID IN BUSY PERIODS. I attended on Saturday 9th September and I appreciate that it was busy but the service and food were atrocious.
We had to wait over 20 minutes for a table we had reserved as it was not ready.
The host was ill-mannered and only had time for the men and other women's men. She obviously had her people who she wanted to ensure were seated in nice places and received the full service. She also seemed to care more about walking around fanning herself and giving customers dirty looks.
Our first round of drinks had to be changed as they did not taste right. The second round had foil in. We ended up sending it back and didn't reorder.
The mac and cheese was also sent back as it was not cooked correctly. Even the manager agreed.
We had to ask for a coal change and no one came to see that we were happy with our food, drinks or shisha.
If you as a business cannot handle busy periods then do not serve food or hire more staff. Especially when the food is so poorly done.
I'm not sure I would try this place again which is a shame because it has so much potential.
Only a few of the waiters were helpful and provided great service. Their names were LOUIS (Lewis) and LEAH. Thanks to them the experience was made slightly better.
Think long and hard before attending this place. Fairly premium prices without the premium service

Disgusting service & food i must say if im spending £200/£300 i would expect the food quality to be bang on. Service to be top quality. This is a box standard McDonald’s. Come on level it up! We are living in a modern world. If your going to name it waterfront restaurant it shall be what it says! I’ve had better.

I have been smoking shisha since i was 18. And i can tell you for fact this is the best shisha i have ever had. i never really write reviews but for this i had too.

Very nice place for shisha, and they have tasty food. I tried the Cesar Salad 10/10, chicken wings 10/10 and waffle with oreo 9/10

My bf took me here for my birthday and it was perfect🥰 They let him come and set up a table with flowers for me and let him bring saxophone player in the venue . All the staff were lovely and catered to our every need- topped up our drinks before they were even finished, making sure we had everything we needed. On top of that the food was amazing- the steak and waffles were delicious. Thank you so much. 10/10 recommend❤️
