We had a comfortable and relaxing stay at The Stylish Flat! The location is convenient, and the view overlooking the backyard and parkette made it very nice to sit by the window. The space is minimal, smartly designed, and functional. It is the perfect size for two people looking for a short stay. The shower door can be a little awkward as the toilet space is on the smaller side.Antonella is super kind and helpful, offering recommendations and allowing us to drop off our luggage as we arrived in Modena in the morning! Highly recommend booking a stay here if you’re looking to unwind in Modena!

We loved our stay at the stylish flat. Great spot surrounded by gardens, close to great cafes , bars and the Mercato. It's a little far from Modena station however there are plenty of buses connecting the station to the apartment.Anotella is also an amazing host and very responsive and helpful.The apartment is perfect for short stays and equipped with essentials for a quick meal however it might be tricky for longer stays (anything more than 6 days) as it didn't have some kitchen essentials such as a kettle or a microwave. It doesn't have an Iron or washing machine (although the later was quite clear when. we made a booking)

Perfect hotel alternative in a great location right inside Centro Storico. AC worked well and kept us cool during the hot summer evenings. The shower was tiny (there may be a day when a shower in Italy is larger than one square meter, but today is not that day) but water pressure was very good. Not the kind of place where you’d cook large meals but who wants to do that in Modena anyway with all the incredible bars and restaurants!We had a rental car that we parked outside the ZTL when we weren’t using it and it worked great. Easy walk to the center of town. We found Modena to be extremely charming and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Stylish Flat! ❤️

We stayed one day, but thanks to the flat's location, we could easily tour the city! It is a few blocks away from the heart of Modena and many excellent restaurants and cafes. Also, Antonella had a crib prepared for our one-year-old baby, so everything went smoothly.It is important to highlight that Antonella was super responsive from the beginning. She even went ahead and beyond to accommodate an early check-in for us.

A Modena, per motivi di salute, io e mia moglie abbiamo alloggiato da Antonella. Appartamento pulitissimo, confortevole, arredato in maniera sobria ed elegante e con un gradevolissimo profumambiente che rende ancor più piacevole il soggiorno. Biancheria da letto e da bagno di qualità. I piccoli confort presenti in bagno e la macchina da caffè un ulteriore plus. Host gentilissima e disponibile, avevo dimenticato il caricabatterie in camera me lo hanno portato sin in ospedale.Cosa dire di più, semplicemente consigliatissimo.

We stayed in Modena for a long weekend to celebrate my partner’s birthday. Having done a fair bit of research, clearly accommodation is overall a bit more expensive in Modena than in other cities, but Antonella’s place was good value for what it is. Extremely central - we walked everywhere and felt right in the centre of things. A lovely big bedroom with lots of natural light, small kitchenette with nespresso machine, and lots of other thoughtful touches which made it great for us. The apartment is on the first floor of a classic residential building - access was super easy with a small lift for heavy luggage, and Antonella was really helpful and responsive when we were late checking in.Would gladly stay here again.
