The SageNext team keeps surprising me as they surpass all my expectations. While provisioning and deploying a server for a project, with 5 day notice, due by the first week of January we came across a huge software limitation that meant the entire project could be canceled and set my client back a few weeks. Despite the holidays and other problems we encountered; Rick, Adam, Andrew, and the rest of the Server Support Engineering team managed to get it all figured out and ready for use by Monday, January 4th.

I had the pleasure to work with Jason Mckanzy, even though I request a call back around 8 PM EST Jason called me back within 10 minutes, and sent me an email with all the information I needed before we hung up the phone. After signing up with them the server was provisioned in less than an hour and one of their engineers reached out to get more specific information and had it all ready for use before the end of the day.
As for the support department, even though I hope not to need contacting them, I'm yet to see a support request take more than 1 hour to get solved. When I encountered a licensing problem Anthony Jones went as far as stay ion the phone with me while we called the third party support so that we could get the problem resolved.
The staff at SageNext are very responsive whether it be via email or phone call. They can usually help us resolve our issues very quickly.
For the price you pay for their services and the value you receive in return, they really cannot be beat. Our firm has used other server providers at a much higher cost who did not provide the same level of customer service.
