I can’t recommend this group enough. All of the nurses, the front desk staff, the facility and Dr.Gannon have been nothing short of amazing. I have never had an issue getting questions answered, getting in contact with anyone, great communication and such a great experience all around. I went for a lift and augmentation and it was truly such an easy process. I recommend to everyone!!!

Dr and the nurse who did the procedure (Nov 2025) was nice and did a fine job removing a bump from my arms. The office however was sneaky, I specifically mentioned to let me know if my procedure is or is not covered under my insurance, which they never did, and handed me a bill after the procedure. When asked the office about it, they said the Dr is not accepting insurance, THIS WAS NEVER MENTIONED, in my 2 appointments. When I spoke to my insurance, the dr was covered, but they refused to bill through my insurance. The 2 star is for the procedure but deducting 3 stars for the lack of transparency and being sneaky.

Staff is friendly, the place is spotless and Dr Gannon is the best! I had breast cancer and I have one of the prettiest boobs now! Unfortunately, nothing could be done with the radiated breast. Now on to the abdomen! I’m so excited. Dr Gannon is not only the best in her field, she is truly an artist of the body!

Biggest mistake of my life was having surgery here. It’s been over 5 years and I am still suffering every single day of my life due to their poor performance. I believed all the reviews, recommendations and photos. I was left botched and in need of not only functional reconstructive surgery but cosmetic repair as well. Not an easy quick surgery but major reconstructive surgery with a minimum of 7 hours in an operating room. I had rhinoplasty. It’s not like I can hide the hideous artwork left by these people. I was never compensated for the damages I was left with. I have struggled to find another surgeon who would be willing to attempt the reconstruction of my nose. I’ll have to update one day with pictures when I feel emotionally ready

After waiting months for my initial consultation, meeting Dr Gannon and discussing my needs with her, I was feeling confident in choosing her as my doctor. Knowing it may take months to determine if insurance would cover the case, I waited for the office to call with an update. After about 2 months, I called and left a message asking for an update. No reply. 2 weeks later I called again, receptionist transferred me to a specific person with whom I left another message that went unanswered. I then submitted a request through the website in hopes to find out any information. A few days later a staff member called me wanting to schedule surgery which was a surprise to me because no one had given me any info at this point. And they also only had a date open within the month or waiting several months. When I asked about insurance coverage, I was told that when they called my insurance company informed them no prior auth was needed and that they put a preapproval on file for only 3 months. Knowing this didn't sound right, I decided not to schedule and call my insurance to confirm. When I called, I was told that not only was the procedure not covered unless medically necessary but that there was no record of the doctors office calling at all. Nothing on file at all. This made me lose all confidence in this providers office. Even though I had originally planned to have the surgery whether covered by insurance or not, I will not proceed with this office. How do you get something so incredibly wrong? Had I trusted them, scheduled and had the procedure without checking myself I would have been financially responsible for all charges. Regardless of Dr Gannon's skill and expertise, the office staff changed everything.

EDIT- I have since gotten a follow up and everything has been scheduled. Hoping all will go smoothly as this is a big procedure. Once complete I will update. I had a consultation appointment a couple months ago and was told multiple times that they would send my information to my insurance and every time I have called, they keep giving me the same excuses. I am extremely frustrated because I was very excited about this location and the doctor, but have yet to get any return phone calls or answers on my surgery that I really want to get done.

Not a good experience at all.. So I went to the Great neck location twenty years ago and dealt with Dr. Silberman. After years of BII and thyroid illness I went back to Dr. Silberman last year for removal. I never heard back and shortly thereafter he retired and no one called me or anything. I was then recommended to work with Dr. Singh. The first time I met him he had no idea who I was and asked if I was there for something “dermal” I had to explain that I came in before and Silberman never Got back to me. The customer service had severely decreased since I went in the early 00s. Anyway Dr. Singh was extremely rushed and didn’t spend much time with me. That should have been my first sign. I spoke with the office manager and she had him call me back (never mind all I went through with even getting scheduled with the girl Stephanie that was another nightmare) anyway he had to give me meds he only gave me 5 days worth cause he said “it won’t hurt me”. I asked him how would he know ?? He ran out after the surgery and didn’t even speak to me when I came out of anesthesia. I’ve never had that happen. Doctors usually wait around to make sure you’re ok. Any way on post ob I told him I want the drains out. He said the right one had to stay. I said ok I’ll keep it in can I have more meds ?? He suddenly went ahead and yanked it out gave me two gauze pads and said oh just put bacitracin on it. It was horrible. My mom said who does this and doesn’t even dress it?? Is it because you said you wanted them out? Idk but I’m a mixed race Caribbean woman and they already were paid by my insurance so I’m sure they don’t care but I would no longer recommend plastic surgery group or Dr. Singh. I felt his bedside manner was horrible and uncaring and I’m not sure any of the doctors there really care… not sure…

The experience I had with Dr Gannon is beyond words. I had been trying for YEARS to get a reduction. She really took the time to listen to me. I felt so comfortable with her skills. It's been over 2 months since I had surgery and I could cry I am so happy with my results and the care I received from Dr. Gannon and everyone at the Plastic Surgery Group. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I would just like to echo what Blake said. I too had Dr. Fournier do an otoplasty a little over a year ago now and he did an incredible job! I could not be happier! His bedside manner was great and was very receptive to me having local instead of general anesthesia (which I asked if it was possible to do). Additionally, everyone else in the office was very kind and welcoming! Overall 100/10

My 1.5 year old son had a large cut on his forehead that was 5 days old, and still bleeding after already seeing both an urgent care and an ER. We went to see Briana Benson, PA at the Plastic Surgery Group and she cleaned up the wound, used local anesthetic, and the placed 4 sutures all in the office with my husband and I were holding our squirming son. She has an amazing way with kids, and she was able to be so confident, professional, and fast when doing this. It was also a precise suture, and will minimize scaring. If I could give her more than 5 stars, I would. Hopefully, we will never need a plastics office again for our little one, but if we ever do, we will surely be returning.

bad experience with tummy tuck Bad experience with tummy tuck Not good experience. I had tummy tuck in 2019 with Dr Mo Akhavani. He did not do a good job as you can see from the photos. My stitches opened a day after with a big hole in middle (guessing because he did not create a drain area) and stitches were so bad I had to go back a year later for him to stitch up again. In second time, I only allowed him to fix one side of tummy as I did not trust him to do a better job with whole tummy scar. He pulled my skin so tight during first surgery, I have this big lump over the scar and there is no sensation in the area around belly button and tummy. Please do your research. Please don't trust a surgeon without being 100% confident he will do a good job. This surgery affected my whole confidence in my body and I am still angry with myself after 5 years for not doing proper research. Here is a photo and I will let you decide if you can call this plastic surgery.
