Great staff. Great doctors. I've had a breast reduction and tummy tuck here. Great experience from start to finish. The staff, the nurses, and the doctors are so nice and personable.

Dr. Fournier did an incredible job with my Otoplasty, results are better than I could have imagined. He is extremely patient and kind and took time to answer every question I had. Thank you Dr. Fournier for these beautiful results and for taking such good care of me!

I am not happy with my results for the Botox injections I received. I was told to wait 2 weeks and if I needed it to be tweeked a little to call. I called and left 2 messages and it have had no call back Extremely disappointed and I blame the management for not overseeing the staff that takes the calls. $480 and see little difference. Received a call back today weeks after I left messages they apologized said they had staffing problems and called me back because of the review I left. But said they did not receive any messages.

RN Karen Ryan-Hart, excellent provider, professional. I drive 2.5 hours to see her and every visit is well worth it.

Wouldn’t trust any other practice but this one to get anything done. I love the girls at the spa and the services are amazing. I’ve seen Dr.Hargrave over the years and he’s so easy going and professional. My results have been amazing which is why I keep coming back to get little things done

Their errorS caused me serious damage. You read this & tell me what YOU would do. I went into the office this past June -after dr Rockmore botched me twice - to have my implants removed due to breast implant illness (they don’t warn you about this). I’ve developed a litany of disorders and am I constant pain. It was a huge relief when insurance accepted my claim in June but then I was told there were 100 people ahead of me and to call back end of summer to see where I am on the list. I called 2x been there end of summer and just recently. Mind you I have been waiting for this surgery in agony and have had to delay my wedding plans. Each time I called I was told the list hadn’t moved yet. I get this- here’s what I don’t get: I WAS TOLD DURING MY LAST CONVO W THEM THAT THEY NO LONGER ACCEPTED MY INSURANCE! NO ONE CALLED, email, mailed or ANYTHING to lmk. She claimed “oh I called you” but that’s an outright lie- I’ve been sitting next to my phone for months! I wouldn’t have missed that. So here I am four months later, much sicker than before, even closer to my wedding and NOW with NO SURGERY! I could have been waiting without knowing forever! I am so extremely broken-hearted, angry, and lost my faith in any humanity at this place. Can you imagine waiting for months and then being told we don’t even take your insurance anymore and without a call to tell me so I could at least start looking someplace else. If I have developed cancer bc of this delay I will sue the life out of the plastic surgery group for their complete And utter incompetence. I never want anyone to experience this helpless and scary feeling. BEWARE to all consumers and shame on you to PSG is all I have to say.

Called to make a appointment and Melanie was extremely rude… She obviously doesn’t like answering phone or booking appointments.. I hope Dr Susan Gannon knows she just lost a patient because of her rude appointment scheduler

Dr. Hargrave is incredible. The nicest, most genuine doctor. I am so pleased with my experience and results thus far with him.

I’m writing this in hopes it may help someone make a decision about choosing the right doctor for your needs. I had surgery in June of this year on upper and lower lids. Dr Hargrave was the doctor I chose to do the surgery, I made this decision because upon meeting him his bed side manner was fantastic and he seemed extremely knowledgeable. Well…here I am in November after 11 appointments to ask for help in finding out what was going on with my eyes. Pictures shown are within the last week. He had no answers and continued to just have me continue going back to him only to be told “ he had no ideas left for me”. Now here I am after paying a lot of money for this procedure with what I consider a nothing short of a disaster. I now need another surgery to fix the problem. As a woman or even a man it takes a lot to make the decision to have plastic surgery, but when we do we expect it to be something both the patient and doctor are proud of. Totally do not recommend Dr Hargrave at all. Da

Having been a client in the past I decided to have the Plastic Surgery group complete non-surgical treatments to my face. I gave the procedures time to work but did not see the results materialize, even a month later. I called and expressed my concerns to the receptionist who informed me that the Drs. are moving away from these types of procedures and their nurses were taking over(despite that a Dr did complete my work). She could provide me no insight into my concerns around the results. She recommended I speak with the nurses. She transferred me to a line where no one answered and I left a very detailed message. One month later still no call back. Very disappointed given the long history and investments I have made with them. Given I will not beg to give them my business and they demonstrated no interest in retaining me, I will have to move on.

This place is wonderful all the staff are extremely nice and make you feel at ease and comfortable I will highly recommend the plastic surgery group

Dr Gannon helped me with a revision to a previous surgery. She did phenomenal work and was professional and kind. My results exceeded my expectations by a mile. I’m grateful every day. Thank you Dr Gannon!

I had a 2:30 appointment. I got there at 2:20 and i still hadn’t seen a doctor at 3:30 so I left. All the while no one said anything to me about why it was taking so long, no one seemed to care that they wasted my time. They were taking 3:00 appointments back and those people were leaving way before I finally decided to leave.

There are literally not enough good words in the dictionary to review the people at the Plastic Surgery Group, I’m a Transgendered female who met with Dr Gannon I believe it was back in May for breast augmentation. She is by far the most knowledgeable, confident surgeon I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet with. She takes the time to hear what you’re saying as well as she knows she’s an expert so she incorporates her knowledge into the meeting! There wasn’t a second that went by where I felt judged nor unheard after our meeting I spoke with Staci her assistant “ we were attempting to go through my insurance “ she as well is knowledgeable in her field and Beyond a few days after we submitted everything my insurance unfortunately denied it, after being denied a few times I received a call from Staci and during this call she stated Dr Gannon and herself wanted to continue to help me with all of this overwhelming confusing information I was getting back from my insurance company... These two wonderful females ALWAYS answered the phone “ e mail as well” and truly made me feel like I wasn’t doing this alone. They made it happen. Once they helped get everything inline they got me right in to Dr. Gannon the day of approval “ this was about a month and a half from when I first got denied by insurance” and Dr. Gannon completely took the time to re go over everything and keep me completely question free. They had me in for surgery less than two weeks after that!! I just had my surgery yesterday morning, I feel great with minimal pain, I had a question today “Saturday “ I called on call and who answered the phone.. DR GANNON!! This woman is so caring and compassionate! My chest looks great so far and I’m so blessed I had these two beautiful ladies to help me along the way, if you’re thinking about any surgery or procedure I highly highly highly recommend reaching out to them. You will not be disappointed and you will be gaining so much more than just a surgeon! Thank you you plastic surgery group especially Dr Gannon and Staci for giving me what you have Gave me!!
